hi i've been trying for a whole afternoon, why i can't select a set of edges when bridging? nothing will react and after i extrude the polyline i can only choose the surface as a whole but not single curve

Even after holding ctrl+shift i cant select a line in a control point curve, I can select the points to modify them but not an edge I cant see the subd friendly option as well

Presumably the object you have is not a SubD.
