Have been subscribed with UKMTT for a long time now. & to say that he receives more than his fair of harassment, is probably something of an understatement!!
When I was in the Job many years ago we had to know the law off the top of our heads. No one to ask, no computers or smart phones, just good old fashioned legal knowledge. What has become of them.
So if you stay at a different mates every week while you find a new residence you should just send the DVLA the change of address every week or every night if your only staying the night
Not as often as that, but if you're staying for a few weeks or a month etc it may be worth avoiding a potential £1000 fine. The DVLA don't care about where you live etc, but if your address doesn't match what's on your driving licence they can fine you. No matter what your story is 🤷♂️.
@@LightsCameraRuction nah do it as often as that that's what the LAW says the fact that its discriminatory towards homeless people warrants any small malicious compliance possible
@@LightsCameraRuction No it would get the situation noticed faster than any MP could there should be no impediment to homeless person getting legal transport to enable them to better their situation they are still UK citizens so why cant you register a car without a home address ?
If only they cared about us enough to do something worthy. They know we don't have any Dr's appointments, they know we don't have enough teachers, etc. They don't really care sadly 😪

Insurance is a scam in this country. Everything to get money out of you, then they don't want to pay out when you claim on them. Insurance should be for the car,not the person as it is in the EU country's. They try and get as much money out of you as they can, they have lots of discounts they can add, depending on how many people they have ripped off in the first place
@LightsCameraRuction Potentially it is a huge thing. As the police become more commercialised and less of a service like America. The practise of "stacking charges" like they do over there will spread. So careful language in their presence will become very important. Self preservation will become very important as the police become more ruthlessly money motivated.

No more than taxmen, sent out to give out fines and generate revenue and everybody knows it.
It's a little bit suspect sometimes mind isn't it. There aren't many let off's for things it's always straight to the rule book

That's it, there seems to be a lot of officers with a gap in knowledge these days.
@@LightsCameraRuction 'Gap' is putting it mildly!
What a despicable ARSE, the PLOD should be FIRED and SUED
Pretty sure if driving and stopped by police you have to provide details so not a question of making them work for it.
You're right, it is a legal requirement to give details when driving
I like how Mark tried to appeal to the PCs human side, with a bit of banter. I've often found that it works and brings them down off their high horse.
Yeah it was a good attempt, I don't blame him for trying
I agree with the copper,….. you had your chance

Yes drivers are penalised for the behaviour of others around them in potential. Not their own behaviour.
