Hi Oliver, George wears a Large 5/4 Front Zip. We would recommend that you should stay warm enough in a Seek Select 5/4 as seen in the video. We use these suits into deep winter, where the water temperatures can reach 6 degrees. What size do you use? I have the back zip. Below 10 degrees will be to cold with the select

Thanks. Its still possible to wear under the suit a neo vest hooded? Or its to tight?
does it get a little bigger over time? is very narrow in my feeling..
