Thanks Peter. Its been up a couple of times since and I have a learned a couple of things. 1. Its a bit heavier than I thought, so i take the panels out and just thread the roof onto the awning rail. 2. I now only peg out the 2 back corners before inflating. 3. Watch out for a kink in the main arched beam. Avoidable if you keep an eye on it when pegging out. It might not bother you but my OCD friend pointed it out and it ended up bothering me. 4. Packing away is trickier. I ended up laying it on the floor and laying on it to get the air out before going back in the bag. I hope you are as happy with it as I am. Happy camping!

A good video Jonathan. Thanks for sharing that with us. I'm toying with the idea of a Kampa porch awning, but can't decide which model, or whether to go for an Air or Poled version. A big difference in price between air/poled versions might be the deciding factor! I'll have a look at them at my local dealer once they have the outside display up and running soon. Thanks again.

Do both sides doors come off?
Can you fit a sleeping pod to either side?

A note of caution we had a large Kampa air awning on site and it cost in excess of £1,200 and was less than 2 years old when it exploded and was ruined. Out of warranty and ended up in the bin. we then purchased a traditional awning instead with carbon fibre poles. The Kampa material had started to degrade and you could put your finger through it when we were taking it off the caravan. I won't be buying or recommending air awnings ever again. That expense, lasting less than 2 years. When the air bag burst it was about 12" rip with rough edges on the airbag and even bigget rip on the material. No way to repair it.
