How to How to Make Fun, Easy, and Delicious Food on a Stick

Ellinor really enjoyed her mini corndog stick so I thought I woudl carry on that "food on a stick" throughout the whole day. We had lemon pepper chicken on a stick. Let's just say there was no food left! Finger licking good chicken on a stick! With such simple ingredients, it is hard to go wrong. Enjoy!

5:15 Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers
Lemon Pepper Chicken: (for 4-6 people)
5 chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 heaping TBSP garlic
1 TBSP olive oil
zest of 1 lemon
Cook at 400 in air fryer for 8 minutes, flip and cook additional 6-8 minutes.
(this depends on how big you cut your chicken pieces also)
Sauce:
(1/4 c.) 1/2 stick of butter, melted
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 lemon, juiced
We served ours over roasted potatoes and squash.

Yes, it's nice to have fun with our food when we can. Thank you so much for watching. The mini corndogs are not my thing. Michael and Ellinor likes them, but the skewers are sick your plate/stick worthy. Hope you enjoy!
