I haven't got Amagi yet I am still on kongo cause I can't stand Japanese dispersion. I prefer to stick with my trusty American and British Battleships/Battlecruisers.

Amagi was my first tier 7 in the entire game, and I’ve always loved her, insanely accurate (mostly) hard hitting guns, good enough armour for a battlecruiser, nice speed, turtleback, it’s really the whole package. Nothing wrong with good old Amagi.

What's the definition of a wolverine? A skunk with VD. That being said, it's a been a few years for Michigan. Humiliating them for a few decades was A Good Thing, but after a while you start to wonder if Michigan is still Michigan. The Big 10+ should be more than THE Ohio State University and the rest, of whom maybe one or two might be feeling froggy that year. Anyway, Amagi was my first T7 BB and it's still a good ship. Since someone brought up Kii, it's very similar. The main difference is Kii has heavier belt armor, but less protection over the engines. If you're angling correctly, the belt shouldn't matter that much, but the deck armor can become an issue, especially at range.

Amagi is actually an amazing ship. It just doesent work for people who only knows the bowtanking mechanic in the game.

I run Fusou on my Amagi and I never use HE. Absolutely slapping.

I always found a good way to find torpders, is to sail right into cap at the beginning of the map with my battleship.
