Michael Cassidy, a singer associated with the Hare Krishna movement, released an album in 1976 under the band name "Golden Avatar". It was distributed all around the world, and, believe it or not, it actually received a gold record plaque in Canada for amount of units sold!
An incredible folk-rock album with touches of prog and funk. I like the fact that the title track reflects the cover art and the funky Moog solo on "Time for Going Home". -

I owned this Wonderful album when it came out 1976. The cover sees us as a Catapiler, very short sighted, struggling to evolve. Death is the Crisalis state. Then on the back of the Cover, it turns into a butiful butterfly, free from this 3D world.
