- This nursing supply haul is filled with everything I didn't know that I needed, now that I am working as a nurse extern! Transitioning from being a nursing student with only once a week clinical rotations to working 3 full 12 hours shifts has been a change. Hey Danielle! I recently watched your RBT video ! I was completely reassured in my want to pursue this field. I had a couple questions for you. I am currently finishing up my BA in psych and I started my 40 hour training , i see that there is a competency assessment to take as well. I looked in the BACB website and they have all the links to a page where you have to pay for competency assessment . Was this the process you also went through ??
