One good thing about youtube ads being so often now, is that i always remember to turn my volume down before clicking a video, because every time i do, i got the loudest most annoying ads you can possibly fricken think of.
While i love asmr when i sleep, it also helps me focus when i work or clean. I can drink my coffee and hum through paperwork/computer work or cleaning for HOURS with asmr in background
