Fly Tying a Booby for Washing Line Method by Mak

Like the color combination Mak, will tie some up! I'm just setting up a 10 foot 7 weight stillwater rod to try British methods like the washing line on our unsuspecting Canadian fish... should be fun! ATB!

Thank you Joe, I use to fish Boobies a lot, but now I fish only Nymphs , Buzzers , Wet Flies , Dry Flies :))))

That size of head reminds me of a very big fly here called a greenhead fly, somehow i would come up with bright emerald green paint to paint the head & use the same color in flash for the body

Mak, I always like seeing your flies you tie. This is an interesting tie with the large black foam. I enjoyed your video and I will have to tie some of these up and give them a try. How small have you tied them?
