Makes me wonder how it would be to mix in all the other ingredients before it's actually butter. In other words, throw all those items in while you are mixing with milk and cream.
I think it probably would disrupt the butter making process? Since it needs to separate out into it's parts, having extra stuff in there might cause that to not happen. Would be curious to know, but I wouldn't try it myself haha.
Megan, dinner looked amazing! I need me some of that! Hahaha. Very cool about making the butter in the blender, that looked super easy and quite a bit of butter from just one container of cream. Good lesson learned about the blender not handling the addins very well. Also appreciated the tip about leaving out the lemon juice, and just using extra zest, if making the butter for storage. They have herb strippers that you can pull the herb through to strip off the leaves. Some have different sizes to handle different sized herbs. There's inexpensive plastic ones on Amazon but also some potters make them too if you wanted something prettier/fancier. 💚🧈💚
that was outstandingly wonderful to watch! Thank you!
Thank you Cathy!

That looks very good! Great idea to do it ahead, freeze & have during the winter! God bless!
And it will get used, that's for sure!

First time using it. Turned out great!

The lemon zest is a great tip. I think the lemon zest would taste better anyway. Great video!
Thank you!
