The Gameboy camera has been used to take photos of Jupiter and Formula One races. Now that's pretty dope.
@@user-lv2xm7lo9z Google+ my dude.
@@user-lv2xm7lo9z Remember back when Google+ and UA-cam were integrated (late 2013-215)? If you were verified on Google+ then, you also got a check mark on UA-cam. It's stuck since then.
@@user-lv2xm7lo9z I forget, I've been drunk since 2013. Maybe it was tying a phone number to the account or something. It wasn't hard. But it's all gone now.
F1 races? How?
Wow! Brings back so many memories !!
Great show and exploration of how we got to where we are now. 10/10 to Marques.
I had never heard of Chiptune before... that was jawdropping! I always thought that 8bit sound was sampled!!
That was so coool!!!
You should check out the band Anamanaguchi
If it were sampled the harmonics and decay would not be exact.
We all remember what happened last time you rewinded time with UA-cam, stay safe Markass
@DMoney Industry *Brownie
Loved that chiptune part! Happy to be seeing MKBHD team doing a beautiful and compelling original. Keep it up!
I still occasionally pull out my childhood gameboy I got in 1991 and play Dr. Mario or Tetris. The Gameboy Color version was pretty sweet too. It added limited screen colors to all the old Gameboy games and was a bit skinnier than the original Gameboy.
Missed opportunity to use the Boring Company Flamethrower
Right was so expecting that was disappointed to see him use a normal one.
Zibzo its not technically a flamethrower though
Doing a durability test and you didn't invite JerryRigEverything??
My lawyers will be in contact soon.
That's exactly what I came in the comment section for
Very disappointing...
I thought they would maybe burn the Game boy and have a quick cameo of JerryRigEverything popping stuff off like a little Lego and showing it still working.
Yeah it would scratch at a level 3 with deeper grooves at level 4
I mean, JerryRigEverything lives in Utah while Casey Neistat lives in New York, which is a whole lot closer to New Jersey (I think) than Utah
Walkman my man.
Tamaguchi would be Gucci.
LaserDisc full of risk, brother of DVD, would give me ecstasy.
That flow my dude
Tamaguchi man. Would still love one.
Это как в 2015, восемь лет назад. Лучшее время.
Nokia 3310 : Survives a fall
Gameboy: Survives a nuclear explosion
gameboys are tanks
The problem is that the nokia might also break the floor in the process.
It wasn't a nuclear explosion. Just a normal, every day air raid
Iron Pro I believe it was a truck bomb, also that game boy was owned by Stephan Scoggins, who is Kanye West's cousin and is believed by some to be at least partially responsible for his mother's death.
iPhone: survives air around it
Nokia: Our Nokia 3310 is the most durable thing ever created by humans

So?
I thought the most durable thing was tax-debt. Nothing that could kill, reduce or deform it.

Against gravity? Nah
Marl Senin yeah I know I was just joking😂😂
literal goosebumps when that guy started playin music. Also very beautiful video Marques.
So happy the Game Boy is your most popular video. This tech was absolutely my childhood and glad I wasn't alone.

I love that they brought in Casey for the destruction part! Hahaha
by "they" you mean, MKBHD!!!
If only it was a skateboard.
@@Hussein_Nur It's a UA-cam Originals series, so there was a big team behind it; "they"
I'm glad they brought in Dr. Robotnik too!
I started out watching ur reviews on iPads snd now 6 hours later im watching every retro tech. bro I hope u get well compensated. I've never seen work compiled like this in a long time on UA-cam. ur just amazing Marquez!!!
A masterpiece Marques, so much memory with this GameBoy. Thanks you so much to get me back to the eighty ✌️
So, so much want. Even seeing the original boxes now sends chills. I was 7! Coolest thing a kid could own.
Great quality content! Maybe you could do the Sony walkman cassette player next
Right
I would guess is the next obvious one
