Driver arm rest does not slide. Phone charger affects Pacemakers, NO COAT HOOKS in the rear. Stupid pull buttons for Trans manipulation. They are Driving Lights. Fog lights are amber. Great acceleration. Terrible dash complication/layout, phone pairing, seat settings. Scary Collision avoidance ap. Denali has the all wheel drive.

I like the AT4 look, especially in the Sierra. Push/Pull shift buttons follow the new C8, just different layout. Not a fan of the buttons or dials for a gear shifter, but the C8 shift button's actually have a nice solid, quality feel, sat in one that was at a local Chevy dealer here in Scottsdale, AZ. Sweet ride! "Naked and Afraid episode" Haha good one!

I have test driven several SUVs (Pilot, Traverse, Blazer, Ascent, Palisade) in the past several weeks, and by far the 2020 Acadia had the smoothest ride. I test drove the AT4 and SLT 6cyl trim levels. I haven't decided to purchase one because I am concerned about GMs reliability. I'll make a final decision, however, in a few short months.

For reference, I have a ‘19 GMC All Terrain, love it too. Came from a BMW X5. I’ll never go Euro again, seriously. Repair bills were unbelievable. The X5 has the best seats on the planet but that car sure loved to go home to the dealership service department.

greg black A lease gives you an opportunity to get a new car with new technologies with little or no repair costs. However, if you drive more than 36k over three (3) year lease don’t lease. Most auto companies will penalize you if you drive over agreed mileage. If you prefer to purchase, wait three (3) years. I bet you could purchase this GMC Acadia for 25%-35% less than original asking price. However, get a good warranty for mechanical break downs.

Until they get rid of the C1XX platform (blazer, traverse, acadia, enclave, xt5, xt6) and replace it with something rear wheel drive so they can put bigger engines in it, there will be 0 improvements to these. FCA and Ford both use RWD platforms for their larger Crossovers. The acadia at4 is a step in the right direction but that platform just needs to go, and mind you its rather new as is. But I will bet big money that GM will never go away from the FWD crossovers and the days of great GM SUV's besides the yukon/tahoe twins are over, and those two cost so much they are forced to be street queens.
They want to call the blazer "the camaro of crossovers" but they are limited to a detuned v6 because its fwd and it can't handle the torque, like wtf chevy how much brain damage did you get during 2008?
People cry about the interior but really its not that much different than a hyundai palisade which everyone claims is better than this by miles. Its pretty much down to looks and I like the rugged and simple looks of the GMC interiors vs the "Luxury" interiors of competitors.

Even though the Blazer interior looks cheap as well, but I actually prefer the Blazer interior. It's so different from everything else but of course its like a replica of the Camaro.

Interior wise yes, but this AT4 is what many people wanted the Blazer to be off road capability wise.

We had a 2014 Acadia SLT2, 2 2017 Acadias (1 SLE2, 1 SLT2) and just picked up 2 Acadia AT4s last week. The infotainment system doesn't seem dated to me, as our last ones were not color. MSRP standard is $42,200. With all options list was $48,660 for each. Mine have the trailering package ($650), Driver Alert II ($695), and 20" wheels ($900). The lane keep assist is weird. So are the vibrating driver seats that I can't seem to avoid when pulling into the garage. Overall, we really like these cars and my wife keeps telling me how she likes having her buns vibrated. :)

One update - the old infotainment system had color GPS, but the radio screen looks way different on these 2020s.

Push pull transmission buttons probably cost them so much money in potential sales... I would get a Terrain at4 if it didn’t have buttons never happening... I understand why they did it but I just can’t do it.

James Mastroianni His taste are probably detailed seats and a floating screen with wood trim on the side. I honestly like the styling inside & out.
If the GMC designers placed a floating screen in the center, it would remind me of a foreign vehicle instead of an American one. I’m glad they chose this design because most vehicles have that floating screen nowadays which is nice but tiresome.

Great styling but I don’t trust the GM 9spd. Their 8spd has been a disaster and class action lawsuits have been filed. The stupid stop/start is now standard on this model.(U didn’t get it on a 19 V6 Acadia). I’d much rather buy a 19 Acadia with a V6, an actual shifter and the more reliable 6spd auto.
