      If you close your eyes and listen to the plaintiff, his speaking patterns sounds like the amazing actor Christopher Walken.m (even though Walken’s a NY’er and plaintiff’s from Mass). Also, the plaintiff’s real life demeanor is also like one of Walken’s gangster characters! I love the line where the nephew is about to claim money was stolen the plantiff says in his Mass accent “bee keehfuul…😂

    As an Executor of 3 different estates. You much keep track all of the money that is attached to that estate(s)and deposit into the estate account a.s.a.p because you can get sued at anytime because of it, even years later.

    😂 The defendant failed to mention that he was a bum from a broken home. Judge Mathis proved that he was a liar. The Judge is the coldest one. I watched this one twice. 😂😂

    This guy wrote that letter himself and passed it off as his mother and it went right above judge Mathis head😳
    The defendant handed an affidavit to the judge supposedly behalf of his mother but if you pay attention when judge starts reading it at the beginning it says "when my father passed away" but it should have read "when my husband passed away". You could see the terror on his face when when he realizes the mistake! And the judge doesn't even notice!
    I wonder if they ever look back at these and realize when they miss or mess something up🤔

      The deceased is the defendants grandfather. That letter was from his mother, who was the plaintiffs sister.

    I have been a in home care hospice care giver off and on for over 25 years.Most people by the time we their put on hospice they aren't in the mindset to be petty enough asking family members to collect debts after their deaths.So the father was most likely as petty as his son.For trying to collect this debt after losing his father. Very dysfunctional family. This is something petty between him and his uncle.

    Im exhausted just listening to this mess about the "father's wishes" OMG. Take accountability!!! I spoiled my son after his dad and I divorced. Thank God I didnt do too much damage. I saw what I was doing by "over compensating" for his father's shortfalls. Its an easy trap. Not sure how this defendant became so "needy"

    I hope they doing internal investigation behind the scene give they judgment coz all u need is a paper that says what u want and talk good...u win. If the ppl in court lough at the other person...u definitely win too. The judge is acting as all judges do. He probably bully more than most judges but he's judgment is a hit and miss as most judges do.

      This way things are above board, collusion, pilferage, stemmed.
      The plaintiff is obligated to follow up his father's dues

    Why couldn't this money owed/given be credited as paid
    The dead has no more say and the keeping track was between the grandfather and grandson; and I am certain the grandfather on his dying bed didn't request for the plaintiff to collect what is owed
    As executor of the deceased estate, he, the plaintiff gets an allocated allowance or stipend; thus why the defendant didn't fight this and not decline due to duress.
    Even in death, many family like this one is being messy
    Thank goodness all my assets is going to the homeless NPO in Jamaica and to help feed and provide resources for gainful employment.
    I too loved Jamaica and other island of the Caribbean, but Ja is number one, thus I partner with good friends to buy land to build shelters upon on.... Five years thus far and more homeless are in need due to the pandemic and getting put out of their rented homes or apartments (it is not like the States)

    you know it was all funny till the Jamaica part came up and the letter happened. That plus the ending makes me think there's a lot of truth to the story about the plaintiff's old ways and the idea that he may be a trash dude but there's just no way I could expect any judge to take it seriously when the rest of the case was so cartoonish.

      It’s a huge responsibility especially if the estate has a lot of money and assets and people typically don’t want to deal with the headache and hassle of dealing with multiple beneficiaries and the potential drama
