      If there is any private institution/ Computer Coaching who gives training in this particular field like Java, Web development and all. I would suggest please make a video on this topic.

      Hi Akash,
      Love your content. We are looking at options to move from Canada. Dallas is on top of our list. One thing we haven’t seen much in the videos about Dallas is the kids playing outside much. Please can you make a video about the entertainment for kids and families in DFW area?
      We have two kids .This is the deal breaker for us if our kids won’t have any friends around to play with or any kind of entertainment options like in other big cities in US.

    You can't expect kids to choose India over America 😅, natural right, when people born and raised in India are not sure about leaving America 😅, the question for them is irrelevant. Indian education maybe focusing on grades or GPA but we should remember most of techies working in USA came from a similar education background.

    • @gayatrisrinivas6342
      @gayatrisrinivas6342 Рік тому +25

      I work in US in Tech Industry among people from India (75-80%) and also work with American (including American born Indians) techies. I can easily say that Americans who "choose" to study and work in Technical areas are FAAAAR better in terms of knowledge and smartness than people who come from India. Americans "choose" to study technical subjects because they are passionate about it and thats why they are ALWAYS good and smarter than a typical Indian techhie. In India, Indians take up Tech studies because they want to earn money (they are NOT passionate about the subject). Indians in US tech Industry bring Quantity whereas Americans bring Quality. Thats the difference between GPA driven education (Indian) and passion driven education. With AI slowly taking over, Indian Engineering colleges that churn out Computer Science BE/BTech coders will be in huge trouble because rote coding work will be done by AI in near future rendering coders useless.

      I am an Indian-American "kid". I am 25 years old now. Sometimes I think about living in America for the rest of my life. Sometimes I think about moving to India when I get older because a part of me feels no matter the fact that I was born here and lived my life here I may never get accepted fully as an *American* maybe that's more of a personal remark on my end. I feel that it is more meaningful in life to come back to India sometimes so that I can "contribute towards the greater good" (artificially conjured up altruistic thinking) in the sense of reshaping my identity. Because at the end of the day everyone just wants to feel valued, accepted, and important. But of course my interest between either of the two countries is waxing and waning and overtime I have also started thinking about not restricting my self to one country and travelling all across the globe over the span of life. But, I'm only 25 xD, only time will tell which path or paths I take. And Yes I am studying for medical school in America LOL.

    In the U.S. now, there are almost three distinct sets of "Indian" or "desi" populations: the ones who are born and raised in America and feel like America is their home but hopefully have some cultural connections to India (like these two kids in the video); then there are people who moved to America early in their lives but who were born and brought up in India-- they have the Indian-ness in the connections, feelings, etc-- they will donate to Indian charities, know Indian politics, etc. Then there are those who are still quite new to America, they came here maybe just for Masters and because Indian economy is starting to get better they may even move back after a few years.

No sports No new idea. They still taught 15 year old out dated syllabus. And the second thing is Society . Indians never appriciate new idea and a talented person. if u r talented and born in India than its ur misfortune. And our career options are doctor engineer and government servant. Its a do or die situation if u choose other career than the mentioned one. Btw passed my high school last year. I always want to be a zoologist , I am always intrested in animals and birds. but indian govt never focus on other and society never accept or respect other career option except the mentioned one . even its every high unemployment rate in india. most of us forced to be a doctor and i am one of them. Society family peer pressure. i waste my one year for the preapration of a three hour medical college entrance exam. I never wanted to be a doctor. Its crazy how much accent changes by culture. I mean they all are indian but their parents would have had indian accents but the kids are speaking in american accent . So school and people around children have more significant effect on accents . Its crazy . I thought kids imitate accents of parents but now i think surrounding and school play a more major role

    Experienced both the US education system and Indian education system. Have deep appreciation to indian teachers and indian education system (not a perfect one either). Indian teachers are the best and most dedicated teachers(90% of them). If it were not for them there wouldn’t be this many indians excelling in medical and IT industry!! One can see the year over year data on # of US students taking STEM vs other categories. Look at where US ranks in math and science.

    Parents of kids living in US or any other foreign country. Please keep your kids tied to Indian culture cuisine and traditions, why! Because it gives them roots to grow stronger and stay successful. It helps them be grounded and not lose themselves in meaningless activities like drugs, hook ups etc. It helps them have a sense of purpose. And it is all these that makes Indian community abroad successful.
    Of course, I'm not saying send kids to school with tilak and oil in hair, that kids in India would also laugh at.
