I enjoyed Saw Alive but after nine years it's definitely time to keep things fresh and get some new stuff in the park for Fright Nights, which after last year I feel is in desperate need of new direction
Should never of been put on a boat in my opinion. Especially the age of the boat. They should of invested in a more permanent area they could be returned easily once the IP is up.
I do think that last year was the final year. Unfortunately I think with the signage gone, it won't come back. I also think this is just the start of the Saw IP existing the park. I believe 2020 or 2021 will be a retheme of Saw: The Ride. Great video 😊
I had heard that the IP was due to expire soon. So that might be the reason. They may fix the boat, if indeed it is broken and re theme it for another year. Who knows.
I have been waiting so so long for this video, I went to Thorpe Park two weeks ago and even though I had never been in the maze it made me sad to see what seemed such a good attraction practically sinking 🤣
My thoughts exactly, how old are the saw films it was based on? With younger crowds being shipped in they need to keep it current for any attraction to it
Literally the one maze I haven't been in (my first fright nights was 2018) the queue was so long so me and my mate didnt go in. I will be pretty sad if it closes

In my opinion they should rebrand it, make it more permanent and stable and remake an ausylum (not called ausylum) maze with strobes chainsaws. That would be so cool

i went in the saw alive maze in end of august 2018 it was kinda disappointing and a bit cringey at the start lol but it was fine. it kinda ruins the experience when ur so small lol
