It's a program called reshade. I won't make a tutorial on it as there are already many tutorials on it anyways. Just search for planet coaster reshade tutorial

Yes, but the thing is that all povs have something called camera anticipation, and it doesn’t seem to be in your povs, where is this mod?
How did you get it so dark in day?
I used a ride cam time machine to change it to night time when you ride the coaster
