I love that they made all the Amiibo armor sets from BOTW able to be found naturally via gameplay/exploration in TOTK. Makes em feel all the more rewarding to obtain.

They also gave all the armor sets high selling value, so even if you have the amiibos and got the sets that way you can sell any extras you find to get a respectable amount of rupees per set piece sold.
Well I mean might as well you have to discover 3 different maps the sky, surface and the depths which are all the same map so it’s good they did if they didnt there wouldn’t be a point in exploring

I think Twilight princess got such love due to it being passed over for skyward sword when the HD was released, hopefully they will go back to TP and give us that too.
Majors mask is a colleseum under the original surface colleseum. And to get the mask it makes you fight every lynel in ascending order of difficulty, ending with a gloom-silver armored lynel. I think it's 5 lynels in a row. By far the hardest colleseum imo.

@@phygodku that works, but you have to find 5 arrows, and you don't get any loot. Silver lynels drop the best weapon fusion parts in the game.

The only thing the Zelda team forgot to give us as part of the TP collection is the Magic Armor. By far the best looking set of armor in all of the Zelda games imo

Idk if this is a reach but imo when you summon Tulin’s wind power it has a sound effect that’s v similar to TP when you’d use the grass whistle to summon Epona 🤔

Idk why but in totk they changed every twilight princess item to "dusk" items, in botw it was called sword of the six sages, now its dusk clamor. Also the twilight bow is now the dusk bow, why😢
When I read "Gleeok Den" on the map tears began to well up in my eyes- I want this set SO BAD but I haven't even beaten a basic gleeok, let alone a king T^T
Update: I went around the map fighting basic gleeoks to learn more about each one, went and found a king in the sky then whooped the one in the depths. I'm now happy with my complete twilight princess set! ^^
You can do it man. Make sure to bring the elemental items to attach to arrows to counter each head and plenty of defense/attack foods.
The King Gleeok was my very first Gleeok kill. That dude killed ME six times before I finally killed him 😂. This fight was hell!

Easy mode for gleeoks is bringing plenty of eyeballs and arrows along with a decent bow, they can basically stun lock them until they fall down for you to wail on and all you have to do is aim an arrow in the general direction of the head you want to hit, even stunning them out of their beam attack
I'm glad there's a lot of TP content in TotK as it's still my favorite Zelda game but they removed perhaps the coolest one. There's no more Wolf Link
Let us hope the next switch zelda game will be a twilight princess remake 😍😍😍
I'm so glad I have the Smash Bros. Link Amiibo. Glad I was able to get the Twilight armor set practically from the start of the game. The only reason I did the quest for the Twilight armor pieces anyway was so I could sell them as extras for, well, extra rupees. Plus, I needed a picture of that King Gleeok for Kilton's Monstrous Collection V side adventure. I suppose I appreciated the challenge the King Gleeok gave me, making me feel like a mighty dragon slayer.
King Gleeok was legit the hardest boss for me in this game, I beat all 4 dungeon bosses on my first same with Phantom Ganon, but idiot took 6 tries to beat.
Phantom ganon took 2 tries for me dungeon did on Mt first I got obliterated by gleeok way to many times so I agree about him being hardest
It took two tries for me because i ran out of bows and kees eyeballs
You can get the „Unfreezable“ buff with the set effect of the snowquill armor. Just saying, Zant‘s helm isn’t the only way to get that buff.
You can’t actually it would show up instead of cold resistance when you equip it. They removed the “Unfreezable” effect from the snow quill set
@@alexanderprechel8753 I don’t mean the normal effect, of the single pieces of the snow quill set. I mean the set effect that you get when wearing the whole set with at least 2 stars on each of the pieces.

Letting u all know theres an obsidian frox at the bottom of the hole, would've been nice to know lol i almost died i only got 6 hearts so far lol, also apparently the dragons show up in the depths too just saw dinraal
Here’s a tip, around the evening naydra goes into the entrance where the kakriko village fairy used to be and farosh goes to the cavern entrance across from the poplo sky view tower

I’ve gotten stuck on some puzzles for 30 some minutes and it struck me that I’d absolutely wasted entire portions of my day off, failing at said puzzles. So yea, never again lol i don’t care, I’ll look it up if I can’t figure something out in a timely manner

You can also get to hyrule castle with the sky view tower. and use a Endura carrot.

You can buy all special weapons and armour from the Bargainer Statues, once you find the gear normally.

The poe statue in the landing sells unique weapons and armor sets. You might need to find the other poe statues underground to be able to buy it, though.
