Grand and classy and not loud is an extremely rare phenomenon, congratulations kns u created one
Superb architecture by an excellent Architect ....as he also said, this is what really architecture is all about, rather than making a house visually look good by putting up expensive materials and showing off, it should be more focused to creating a healthy living environment which is connected in and out, giving a sense of both comfort and security and is pleasing to the eye rather being catchy. Creating a balanced micro ecosystem is what an architect duty is.

Beautiful... also the interior decoration is stunning! I loved it! But these kind of glass houses need a lot of big leafy trees all around the house for shading... otherwise the sun is just gonna flood the inside of the house.

Surprisingly I saw this video on my home page as suggestion. Out of curiosity I checked out, I am definitely impressed with knowledge of the person and videography of the house . It feels like watching the story of your Dreams Home. Even though I live in Canada now, I may build my dream home in Gujarat where my heart and soul feels alive . It would not be ethical to ask for the total cost of the Completed project, but it would help young architects to design or get ideas on what level he can incorporate modernism in the project keeping the budget in mind. So, if possible please tell the entire budget of the project from the next videos. It would be really helpful.

The dude knows his job. The unconventional plot shape was really transformed. Not really my type but I get it when he says, that it was built for the owner's requirements in mind. What was the size of the covered area? and would hate to see such a good house fall apart because of poor craftsman ship

Yes. Well if you want to decorate you house..it should not be the same ordinary ceiling fan. I suggest you to visit luxaire luxury fans and check out their collections

There is a house in New Delhi , and they have a glass roof on top which can be translucent on a press of button and under that roof there is a large swimming pool

the cost is approximately Rs. 5-6k per sq.ft.
time taken is 24 months approximately.
