The hanging rope chandelier in the hall is a pretty pretty cool stuff to be the center of attraction. But one drawback is the superstitious fong shui guy may not like it, cos it looks a bit like the head hanging rope. Sorry to say.

I feel the images in the intro do not match the vibe of the channel, maybe update the intro images with more recent houses, just a constructive feedback, I do like the intro music.
If that family thought about the environmental impact of building such a huge house and the environmental impact it will have in the future, perhaps they would not be so relaxed. Or they simply don't care about the future of the planet. IMHO The house is nice.
