I feel it's an excuse...but then I don't have kids so what do I know 😁 Also, in my kiddy days we had carpet, not hard floors so bit of a softer landing when you did fall indoors
This was a really nice episode. It was rare for me not be strongly pulled to one team as I could understand both sides. I would not have been disappointed by either decision.
I didn't really care whether they loved or listed in this episode. They were such a lovely family, and I just wanted a good outcome for them. They got it. 👍👍
I could see that Katy was never going to change her mind. And Phil is right to be a bit miffed -- that last house was far better than what they stayed in. But, this was a rigged contest (Katy's obvious unwillingness to consider leaving).
the garden isn't that small..take out all the bushes and replace them in one line at the end of the garden.. or at one side.. but at the end of the garden is more efficient..then you can see the size of the big garden you really have..❤❤❤
lol 🤣😆🤣 Kirsty talk finally about the golden space below 👇 the stairs in their house..for the Waschmaschine and dryer..❤❤❤.. but i would made a kitchenshelf that is behind this ominous ❤ kitchen door.. uuaa what's in there lol😂😂😂
I found it strange that they said the former dining room was the kids playroom but then when they were making the decision at the end with Phil and Kirsty they were all sat round the table that was in the kitchen, it’s not very practical if you have to move the table from the kitchen to the kids playroom every time you sit down to eat?
I think production sets up the final screen. If you watch, furniture is often moved around in each episode, though within the dame room. The table likely stays in the kitchen, but for the final shoot was moved.
one room costs between 50t to 100tausend£..if you want stay near at a city.. all time less away from the city.. you can count what a minute cost around the city..😂🎉❤❤❤
Well, at least they get along in deciding what they like or want. Most people complain or argue over Who wants what and who's gonna get. At least they're a Cool couple that seems to agree with things together.
Called the choice right from the start; there's a certain formula between Phil and Kirstie. Going by how it's edited I can usually tell how it'll turn out.
I agree. I am not hard of hearing but I find that these days, it is common to have the background music so loud that often it is impossible to hear the dialogue. I do not mean to single this series, my comment is of general nature. I find it very annoying when the background music is too loud and a few times, it was so irritating that I decided not to finish watching the rest of the movie/show.
their house would become a amazing new layout styled upexstancioned house.. but i would sell it..and move.. the new value of the house would allow them to move, to their forever home..❤❤❤ i would do it.. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Wouldn't an external insulation for the old back extension be an option? They've become quite popular for this kind of wall over here in Germany and are not too expensive.
i would sell it for the location near to the nature.. that would be my reason.. their house is fantastic built up.. love it.. but nature win me up..❤❤❤
Unless they insulated the upstairs bedroom walls, they will have the kids moaning in a few years. Internal insulation reduces the floor space, but would be worth it.
What an atrocious looking addition. It UTTERLY destroyed the look at that building. This show continually makes extremely poor building additions. The looks of most all of these will make the dwellings hard to sell too.
PLEASE someone tell me why it’s so important to watch your kids playing all the time? When I was a kid we played in our bedrooms and no one died.
I know I was thinking that too - I think we spent around 80% of our waking hours largely unsupervised.
They have a one-year-old. That's different.

In case they swallow a marble 😮
@@barbaraleigh64 So don`t buy marbles then.
Honestly I think these two are the BEST tv duo and they've been going forever ❤

Fantastic couple
They desserve the nicest Life
All the Best
This is a beautiful home before the makeover-all it needed was to be properly insulated with better heating.
THE WILLOW TREE HAVE SOLD ME THE seconde HOUSE ALREADY ❤❤❤😂
Anyone else thankful for the subtitles?
no, but then I am English so I have a head start 😁

and you can really easy build up an extension for a 4th bedroom..❤❤❤ i love it..
i would change the floor in the reception/living room, into original floorboards.. (they can be find everywhere)❤❤❤

Lots of fun, good houses, good people. Feel good stuff.

Does anyone know the name of the first song they play at the end of these episodes? The second song is cited, but not the first. I love the melody.
sweet bunny Phil ❤❤❤

Please be so ķind & think of us, hard at hearing, not to have background music. Its so .loud. much appreciated.

Why did they not change the entrance door for a better insulated one? Instead of adding a door.

Clearly curbside appeal isn't important because after the renovation that house is a hot mess on the outside! 😂😂😂
I have to agree; it's unintegrated. As Phil said, they built a house on top of their house.
