Good job! For comedic purposes, and this is merely a suggestion to improve the communication of the message, it would have been funnier to have the character be taken out of stage or something similar to emphasize that after the feedback he wasn't approved at all after the judge was looking at him deamily, instead of just saying "no", that way it can become a stronger punchline for the joke. Either way keep up the great work!
