Great video review Mark and I love the look of this one. I pre-ordered the black variant on launch day, so delighted to see the black one on a video review :-)
The bracelet looks perfect... Quick release, tool-less micro adjust, 20mm lugs, screw links, the right balance from polished and brushed surfaces and a timeless style! Sign me up!
This is the modern day SARG009 that I knew I wanted the moment I saw it. Have the pitch black on pre order and maybe the most excited I’ve been for a new watch in a long time.
I’m a long time subscriber and I just love your reviews! Your appreciation for detail and the way you describe things deepens my appreciation for this hobby. Thank you. And that’s a really nice watch, too!
I have their Photic diver which is also a beautiful watch. The only thing that let that down was the clasp. This looks a step up and will also be sold separately as it fits the diver too!
I got mine this week. It blows away my Hamilton khaki and SARB033. On par with Maen and Christopher Ward. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it is actually a massive bargain.
It's priced a little on the higher side. I feel the 500 mark would have generated a lot more sales. The watch and bracelet look really great but think the clasp could be better (less gappy and bevelled ends). I do like it a lot overall though.
Re clasp: I hoped it's the same as on my CW, but you are right it's more gappy compared with my CW clasp. I hope is not that bad, will see when I get my watch.
Too expensive and using the 10/2 for numerals throws it off to me I've got a simmler watch with a good on the fly clasp and a high beat movment for less than half of the price.
Yeah yeah, I have a 5mm thick 200m water resistant watch with 45mm lug to lug, hardened steel, domed sapphire and 10x applied lumed numerals with a swiss movement regulated to +/- 1 sec a day, with tool-less microadjust milled clasp, and a dial on par with Grand Seiko snowflake for 1/2 the price of this watch. But I won’t tell you where I got it.

Pre-ordered the black one as well! :)

9.8mm thick and 150m water resistance is very aggressive. You can tell this watch was designed very well.

Awe, thanks so much for that. You have no idea how much your feedback means to me!
looks well, and you covered all the angles
Having pre-ordered the black it’s great to see it in a video review. Even more excited about it now!
It has a touch of Lorier to it which is a big positive 👍

Nice review, as always. I went for the full lume white face during the pre order launch. Can't wait for delivery!
