The perk makes it easier to land. I saw some gameplay; the fact you have to time your move correctly to combo into it may not be that easy for some, so holding the character in place is supposed to make the timing of the attack easier and give you more attack startup options instead of following up the direction you are in.
if they were to add the music you added to this video the game would be 10 times more fun and immersive i like the music you add to these video makes it more intense and enjoyable !
Because he struggles to open people up and to approach. His advantage state is very good, but his neutral has a lot of committing moves (side special, or the gunshots) to be able to get closer to the opponent. This isn't an issue for the other top tier characters like Gizmo or IG. He's a solid character still, but definitely not S tier.
@@FGenthusiast0052you aren’t that wrong. I think another thing to note is that unlike Iron Giant and Gizmo who each have moves that can kill at around 100, Smith’s moves sometimes just get an enemy at higher percentages, and a specific side special or uppercut is all that’s gonna cut it.
@@the_patch_notesI also forgot to add the fact that, along with my previous post and yours... All his best moves are VERY slow and choreographed. While yes, IG is slow, the hitbox of said moves is already active from the very beginning, along with a huge range already; meanwhile Smith's take a good while to come out, and the range of said attacks is reactable enough, with easy ways to avoid it (side special just stay on top/bottom; teleport is slow and you can see where it will land; clone command grab is slow with a short lifespan) So far from all footage I have seen + the ones I have fought, would say, in my opinion, that he's a solid mid tier character. He does have ways to kill you, but he struggles on ways to approach you, so he has to deal with the gameplan of the opponent until he can do his thing. Most I could think similar to how he plays, is like a mix of Marvin (has a strong playstyle, but suffers on kill percentages) and Taz (opportunistic character that can kill you once his advantage state appears. Short range)
@@ish_You're only really switching players, you can VS the same character many times. Plus sometimes it's fun to learn the mindset of a certain player's version of a character.
@@godzillakaiju1951 I almost never get the same character multiple times in a row. Not like you’re required to rematch everyone you play. I do rematch if it’s a close game though because those are fun.
Amazing gameplay I can’t lie watching this. Made me want to buy the game and play it myself.
Its free
The issue with this perk is you can already combo everything from the regular move. Perk is unnecessary

yeah the 5% feels best to me

4:22 that Smith line goes hard lol
Right! Lol. Super meta.
Smith have the best cool clean dogde, Moving or even static, Is a 10/10
Silent_Treatment is a shnasty kill move, but it's difficult to combo into. Grab agents eliminate the difficulty entirely!
Wait this dude sounds like Artick who makes TCM videos and Jason
i was saying the same thing😂😂
Nice combos man got a new subscriber
I think the perks works best as a defense rather than an offense
“Booooom” is your word 🔥🔥
When u killed that shaggy at 7:17, it wasn’t because he gave up, it was because he ran out of jumps and specials 🫡
I really wanted him but i couldn't stand the grind of the rift mode
I think they should make it be used as more of a reset than a “combo starter”
Really arctic

Bro wtf I just realized this is arctik 🔥😭

It’s funny how some people think this character isn’t S tier. lol

Why don’t you rematch or do 2/3? I noticed a lot of people in the community only do 1 match especially if they win.
I mean I’d rather play against a variety of people and characters instead of rerunning the same game multiple times

Honestly I don’t do rematch cuz they love spamming so I don’t rather not do it with them in rematch
Take a wild guess about why they don't rematch 🗿
Yooo I played you with my Tom n jerry i won but you didn’t rematch 😅
Wait you have 2 channels you are Arctik and jeku I figured it out bc your Xbox username much love
If I’m not wrong he mention that he have different accounts but choose not share them under one so people stay within their and like that content
