So hear me out Lich King picks Souvenir Stand and hits Kharazhan Chess Set. You can play with two minions on board, which are a Leroy you reborn with hero power and some big minion. At the start of combat, you'll make a copy of your minions, then do it again which should give you FOUR reborn Leeroys and three of your big minion since when the second Chess Set triggers, you'll have two Leeroys on board.
Bob-lehead that disables tier 1 and tier 2 minions from the tavern. Then level to tier 3. Perfect for azurite elemental comp, deep-blue crooner naga comp, or demons shop buff comp. Just triple all those tier 3 minions.
I'm sensing a pattern here with these trinkets buffing no-type minions. Does that mean Tyrion Fordring could come back? That hero that gave your no-type minions +1/+1?
I've heard Kripp talk about it and Tyrion would actually be very weak in his current state. The reason he was the best hero at his peak was because there was both: low scaling between the few tribes that existed, and also very good neutral minions. You used to win games with 50/50 minions lol. When's the last time you saw that and it wasn't pure scam? Unless they're adding very good neutral minions next season, like a cleave, you'd probably still never want to pick Tyrion over a minion who interacts with tribes.

7:29 Pretty sure with a Golden Drakkari, this would also get you a Goldenizer at the end of every turn, since Drakkari has in the past worked that way with cards/effects worded similarly to Supply
compass at 2:35 might be crazy good, because heroes that discovered a minion type were banned (like Alexstrasza or Azshara) and this does a similar thing

Gonna murder myself trying to make this minion work 2nd : Dakari seems quite busted in this patch. A good few of the Trinkets have end of turn effects or count down at the end of a turn... which seems wild to me
28:50 it’s a tier 3 instead of a tier 5 because it’s weaker. The old version was Poisonous not venomous. Putting divine shield on it was really strong.
Bob-blehead could be really good early too. If you roll buy it on tier 3 then all rolls after will only be 3. So you could be a more powerful early board too.
So scam got buffed… Now stats can be worthless even when Murocs are out. I guess cleave is better now too, so you don't have to hit these, the venomous minions. I hope the undead card that gives reborn when it attacks is gone at least, or scam is going to be one of the strongest comps with some trinkets.
I don't like the Karazhan one. It's rather easy to sacrifice one board space in scaling comps. To sacrifice three is difficult, it certainly impacts your ability to scale those 3 minions that you want. So for me, it's only an all in trinket, or something you pick to squeeze out a 3rd place out of an unlucky early game.
I wonder if you use Bob-blehead and Colorful compass trinkets, it'll give you 2 nagas tier 3 + each turn.... which is much better than getting those crappy tier 1 & 2 nagas
These trinkets just feel like quests but less rng dependent. Also, free travel winner feels like you can emote bait an opponent to try to pretend that you will go 3 on 3 with them, but instead, you buy the minion instead
Battlegrounds used to be based on 20% luck 80% skill. right now with all the powercreep i would say it's about 40/60 and with this update i feel like it's gonna get way worse. (Powercreep ruined HS constructed for me and i guess history will repeat itself)

if i recall at +2+1 it saw zero play, but yes the powercreep is indeed crazy
I honestly think that unlike other games in which you'd need to buy all these cards in battlegrounds it is perfectly fine

Removing tier one and two also removes cheap spells. But it is probably still strong.

The problem with the tier 6 amalgam and playing tier 6 cards is that they don't tend to generate lots of money usually

Hmm, the new tier 2 that gives a you triple reward for surviving combat seems like an autobuy if you ever get the ghost, especially early on.

Is Lightfang Enforcer actually gaining 15/15? Or is it just 3/3 but the bonus is that it also gains the stats because it's now a tribe?
If you have 4 different types when you get it, it gives 3/3 to each and itself for a total of 15/15 to the board
