- In this video I traveled to beautiful Arkansas to do some donation cleaning for my fathers community. This was a really cool job and its even better because its a return to the property for my dad. Mom and dad cleaned the stone pathway on there channel and the results were AMAZING!!! I will leave a helpful like below.
Mid way through this job I noticed that there was streaking in the concrete after we cleaned it...I am very picky on the outcome of work that I provide and left the job site for a few minutes to get chemicals to do a post treatment to brighten up the concrete. when it was all done I think the results speak for themselves.

Not yet. I like when I have my back pack blower with me it really helps for that type of stuff.
Should supply the owner with a photo to show their municipality and "request" the area be lifted. Considering how much they charge homeowners for the sidewalks...
Freezing might not be as big an issue in OK. But here in the Midwest? Puddling makes a mess in the winter/springtime and has made quite a few unsuspecting folks fall on their backsides.

Liquid Pool Chlorine, garden sprayer and a hose will make the concrete look brand new and avoid the surface wear & streaks from a pressure washer. Trick is to spray the chlorine on a cool dry surface, wait 5 minutes and rinse off the dirt. Does not harm the concrete and it looks like it was just poured.

I know of a house here in Springfield that needs a good power washing. They're called giraffe houses, but they look like the pavers leading to the steps.

I don't believe they would be as happy with your work, as they were with the other guys work. All the swirls and streaks your dad left by moving so fast. Really stick out.

Nano aluminum particles, sprayed from aircraft and called geoengineering, clog the root systems of trees and other shrubbery, (just like putting pepper in a radiator to stop a leak) and causing them to 'choke to death'. This black 'soot' on the sidewalks is chemtrail fallout (nano-sized particles of Barium, strontium and aluminum). Talk about needing a mask. That's all. Enjoyed the video as always!
Professional house detailer here (house/surface/roof cleaning)….
Get a two gallon pump sprayer, and use a diluted chlorine mixture. About 15% chlorine to water ratio (can even get away with 20%) and it’ll really get surfaces clean. Plus it’ll really speed up you surface washing time as it’ll do work before you even crank up the pressure washer.
Looks much better now 🤠😸

I’m new to your channel. Only have been watching about a week. I have been watching videos you posted 2 and 1 yr ago. I used to live in Virginia and used a lawn service for 28 years. Main reason is that we bought a house on a very steep hill. The first year we tried mowing it ourselves but found it difficult. We kept sliding down the hill with the mower. So we gave it up in the 2nd year and got a lawn service. You and your father do great work. You take pride in doing a good job and have a good work ethic.

Also, Its to bad your no where near MI. I sure could use some help. I need help with my yard in a different way. My garage got burned down a few years ago. I'm disabled and can't finish the clean up. I have no idea who to even call. I still have an ash pile and burnt wood pile. I'm still praying for a solution...

Hello, I own a pressure washing company in NC. I have a tip that will help eliminate those lines left down the sidewalk. It called the Craig method, its basically moving the surface cleaner in overlapping circles instead of going in a straight line. It may be a hair slower but it saves time in the end. I Promise.

In your cleaning do you use any pre-soak? spray with some dawn dish soap to help break up some of the grunge, use like a weed sprayer with a couple of ounces of dawn? not sure it would work with you little hustler. it's a thought. good job though.

Do you evert use a turbo nozzle tip? I’ve found them to be there useful for rinsing everything off after the surface cleaner
