Inner Barrel Installation & Front End Re-Assembly For Tokyo Marui M4 MWS Gas Blow Back Rifle

This is the refitting of the inner barrel and hop unit the the front end assembly then bolt and charge handle the upper. Use this as an instructional video for those wishing to know how to change the inner barrel and or hop rubber or for those wishing to know how to reinstall all the front end parts. If you have a loose or wobbly front end simply follow the dis-assembly then re-assembly this will always fix that issue unless parts are missing.

Thanks a lot for making these vids, helped me out big time on my mws. Question- do you ever have an issue with over tightening the barrel nut and then the hop up doesnt work correctly? For example I am trying to tune my hop and I replaced the bucking and tightened the barrel nut to test fire, but not totally wrenched down, and it was adjusting hop and shooting well. Then i fully tighten the barrel nut with a wrench and now the hop is over-engaged and bbs are flying in the air. Furthermore it's so tight, that when i back off the adjustment wheel, the hop arm stays stuck in position and doesn't move up/down freely. I can't figure it out since if i leave the barrel nut too loose, the rail/barrel could come loose with one little bump in a game. But if i tighten it down it's messing up my hop. Also i notice that when loose, i have about 15 clicks of adjustment on the 2nd hop (or 22 without the hop up unit in at all). But if i over-tighten, i only get like 6-8 clicks of adjustment.. it seems odd that that can vary so I'm wondering whats going on. Maybe i need a spacer somewhere to keep the hop chamber from getting pressed too far into the receiver.. anyways thanks for the vid and any potential tips!
