9:49 you basically described 420weabooslayer. That guy is always positive, never tilts sick with the 1v1s/side lane while most high elo zeds roam and his map sense is really good. Not sure if you already have but you should do a review on that guy to see for yourself.

So serpent's should get value against the sterak's if nothing else. Plus I'm pretty sure the stats alone are good enough for the price point even without the passive. Save 600 gold compared to eclipse and all you miss out on is an underwhelming shield once per fight and the sometimes valuable 0-16% armor pen.

in season 3 if you were 7/2 you were easily 2 levels up on your enemy laner. Now even though Sylas died 4 times and is down 12 cs at 13:59 they're even on levels and Sylas I think actually has a slight experience lead. League of legends has favored losing players so much now and they give so much extra help to them because everyone in this game seems to one shot people now regardless if they're super fed or not. The champions do way too much dmg and people who should not be relevant in the game, because they lost lane and died too much, can still be relevant because of how the league experience system works now giving more exp to people behind in levels.
So hopefully someone can awnser, how doez zed stutter a bit like its a bug when he jitter clicks to the side, ive wanted this but cant find out how! Please and ty!
Tapping S allows you to stop your champ. Not sure if they are doing that or simply mouse clicking

But qiyana zed and these champs have counter play. All the new ones dont. They have built in healing dashes shields passive damage boosts revives resets and screenwide aoe with insane single target. Like they do everything at top lvl not just a couple things great
