A few tips:
1. A few chips give you mora bang for your buck in certain colors. Like the cover recovery one is way ahead of others in the green slot at 35%. It starts at 15 or 20 and at max is 60% so at lvl 2/5 you got more than 50% of the while max value.
2. I would say that as you get better extra ammo is less important, specially because W2 and W3 usually have a lower time to kill, with less bullets, except in some characters (single shot magazines).
3. Even being atractive to have as much health as possible usually the bump from 100 to 105 is the greatest leap, it makes almost the whole cast ne another shot to kill you, but the bump from 105 to 115 saves you in almost no situations, like 1 dart from madam xiu.
3.1 best to have white armor, as soon as game starts you sre at your peak combat effectiveness.
4. The hack acelerator is great but i wouldnt go further than green as in blue upwards you already did most of your hacking.
5. I really like the blue social interaction healing cause its a good amount and is very predictable and easy to find in midgame.
6. I love the orange expertise CD, 50% is massive.
7. Purple one is the less reliable one, i use it for “good to have, not essential” perks, high rollers lets say (briefcase scan efficiency or cover recovery or extra ammo if you like).
Very good points, though I disagree about faster hacking. If you've got the briefcase and are using it regularly to see others' locations, being able to quickly hack is very useful for gathering quick intel, especially with the use of the spy glasses
I kinda wish the game let you create and save multiple decks per agent, rather than just 4 decks across all of them. It's not that big of a deal but I think it would be helpful, since some agents encourage different playstyles that benefit from different combinations of upgrades. Ammo Capacity is a good example of an upgrade that benefits some agents more than others, particularly those with weaker but faster-firing weapons. Anyway, thanks for the sample builds!

For Cavalarie, I run white hard drive, green hack speed, blue cover accelerator, purple max health, and gold social interactions.
I don’t use mimic and play really slow and vulture around one terminal. Hack traps to setup around the terminal and spy glasses to gather intel and back doors from long range. It’s been good. I only use her ability when I have a hunch that someone looted an area and I am considering playing aggressively. Got two wins already with the new build and a handful of top 3s.
Looking forward to Season 1 update to see how the meta shakes up.

I enjoy this deck which I pick from another ytber and modded it so..
First things first this is larcin specifically ('coese my main)
Second: items to fit larcin play style, mimic and magic mat
And upgrades:
Grey ammo just 4 some help, you can put whatever
Green HP/Intel in exchange with blue both of them are important, but not very important if you have bad aim you can use HP on blue to have higher chances of being alive
Purple and this is not very surprising expertise cool down if you have the first one you can put it in gold
Gold( or as game says orange (???)) It's between hack speed* and expertise
*Why hack speed you'd ask in new patch you will always have a 1 Intel scan at least and if you're larcin you can scan somebody which is near use smoke bomb and rush them out
Summing up
Grey ammo (or whatever)
Green I prefer intel (you can always steel cards)
Blue HP
Purple expertise
Gold hack
Good luck agents
The deck I use is gold health, purple hacking speed, blue agent recovery, green social recovery, grey ammo/cover accelerator. I found this to be best build for every agent.
