I was about to complain that you've started to drift into the chiptune section, were people tend to overuse the vibrato effect which is normaly found in every track of keygen software. I totaly dislike this stuff as it (over)kills the potential of really good chiptune / retro music. It's like putting a chicken for 10 more hours into the oven and think it will taste better after this. Yuck! But why should I be surprised that you turn it upside down: At the beginning I was disappointed, but right after some few seconds came the badass melody which took the lead in the track, the vibrato banned into the distance, melted into the background as is should be. NOICE!

And yes I know this arpeggio thingy is a stylistic thing which is important to express a typical atmosphere for blues or jazz for example, but since I grew up with those ear raping keygen music which overuses this thing I'm not so fond of it, heck I'd go as far and say that you can distinguish reflected musicians and their well balanced pieces from amateurs or even not so talented ones with their generic music. At the end it all comes down to taste since music is subjectively perceived and this is just one opinion of one guy who hasn't worked as hard and long with instruments as others do. So, to come back to the main point: I'm sorry if I offended someone, I thought you call it vibrato xD :D
in this case it's called an arpeggio as it's actually the individual notes of a chord being played super fast, a vibrato is typically when you slightly oscillate a single pitch
