This product is absolutely incredible. I used about 1 - 2L from my 4L jug and covered the entire underbody of my full size pickup quite generously. I'm not sure if it is an intended feature of this product, but after a few days I noticed that there was some rust from the top section of the frame that I didn't see, that was melting away. This stuff is fantastic.

Do you have a black tint version?

I just purchased the HD gun and overall I am happy with it, but I find it a little strange that the product sold with the Corrosion free is generally too thick to be used with all the wants and attachments except for the main wand. The small silver wand is nearly useless and the 360 degree wand only sprays forwards with this product, works great with krown though.

I'm thinking of buying the DIY kit. Does it come with a manual specific to vehicle types on where to spray and where to make holes?

      Hi Donald,
The instruction video demonstrates the techniques for rustproofing your vehicle with Rust Cure. These techniques work for every vehicle. We don't have vehicle specific instructions. As far as drilling, we find using the existing holes and drain plugs you can do a 100% complete application. From under the vehicle there are large removable rubber access ports for this purpose. If you have any questions with the application, contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

I ordered the Lemmer hd 460 deluxe kit and used it yesterday for my Jeep. One thing I noticed, it didn't include the 2 small tips at the beginning of your video, only the 3 extension wands. Can these be ordered separately?

How many gallons should your air compressor tank be when spraying this?
Also minimum CFM / SCFM ?

Great video, but one key question. How much product do I need for a typical vehicle for a complete application, undercoating under the vehicle, and everything else - rails, frames, doors, engine components, trunks, etc. ? And would I be doing this every year? Every 18 months? Or just touching up each year? The produce comes in 4L jugs as well as 20 L containers.

Hello Guy, good question. For a typical application you need approximately 3 Litres for a car and 4 Litres for a full size truck. In 18 months you should do a full underbody and touch up the top side.

Thank you very much for your reply. The Corrosion Free website and this video has given me the confidence that I can actually do this myself and save 80% of the cost (my local shop wants $500 for a Krown application, and I know that CF is a better product! (- : ). One more thing, I can rent a hoist at a local shop for $20 for an hour, which would make the undercoating portion of it much easier, but I'm thinking I could also use the ramps I have in my garage and just get down under. Thoughts?

A hoist only makes the job easier, but you don't need it if you have ramps and a creeper, i do it on my ramps to, i put the front of the car on ramps, and the rear on some axle stands, just make sure you put a tarp on the ground, or any type of protection if you use the liduid type, if you use the grease/wax type(the one i use), it dosen't drip, so no real need to care for that, if you pay attention to what you are doing...And, make sure the air pressure regulator is set right, and the spray gun to, this helps a lot in making the work easier and much more cleaner/precise to apply your product.

@@patland73 What's the recommended air pressure? Cause when I use mine, I tend to get the clobs. Not atomized.

@@murimurimrui Between 70-90 psi, depending on your gun. Mine does great around 80psi. Best way is to test it out with different pressure settings my friend.
