Great to see you back in 2018 with rules explanation with video examples is a great way to teach
Couple of comments "Anywhere if the ball is intentionally put over the baseline... penalty corner" isn't quite right. 10.3.b "players with goalkeeping privileges are permitted ... to propel the ball. *any direction* including over the back-line" and 7.4.c a"unless deflected by a goalkeeper or player with goalkeeping privileges, play is re-started with a penalty corner."
so if this was a keeper or player with goalkeeping previleges it would be a restart by the offence on the 23m line.
Likewise "before the ball can enter in to the circle it either needs to be touched by the defender or alternatively the ball has to travel five metres" is a bit ambiguous, the rule is "from a free hit awarded to the attack within the 23 metres area, the ball must not be played into the circle until it has travelled at least 5 metres, not necessarily in a single direction, or has been touched by a player of the defending team"
It isn't about how far the ball goes before it enters the circle but how far it goes before it is *played* into the circle, this is important as 2/3 of the 23m line is more than 5m from the circle and they can't just bang it straight in.
Also I know it is a language challenge but there isn't a long corner any more, there is restart by the offence on the 23 metre line, it will take a generation to change but the next generation of hockey players start today!.
Please keep up the good work and rules guru videos, explaining what happens in breaks (both offence and defence) on penalty would be a great topic.

“Thank you for your feedback, it’s always nice to hear from people watching and getting something out of our videos. We apologise for the confusion, we should have stated field players. We’ll take this into consideration in the future.
Thanks again for your support :-)
      Sincerely,
      The Rules Gurus”

How about a set piece instead of the dangerous penalty corner --- exactly like the long corner except that you have only 5 attackers versus 4 defenders ( including goalkeeper). All other players in the other half. Please try it out some body.

This is a crock from the FIH. RC. There is now no such thing as a corner or to give it its old name, a long corner. We now have a restart for the attackers on the 23m line opposite to where the ball went out of play. The signal should be a simple right arm extended towards or over the baseline. The 'broken windmill' signal is silly and too complicated. Some FIH umpires are already using the simpler (but as yet unofficial) signal
