I bought one of those types of drinks but i lost the green bit so couldnt get it open, Tried with my teeth n ended up slicing my tongue, Used something else in the end, Wasnt really worth the effort in the end but its not bad...
I personally think it tastes a lot like Ginger Ale or Green River just less powerful which I love! It's got a spicy taste to it and a hint of citrus. I think the problem comes to the fact that Americans are so used to overwhelming sodas like Coke and Pepsi that trying something that is just slightly less comes across as undersaturated and unremarkable.

"Sweet". Lets not go crazy here. Its basically flavored water. Japanese sweet is very watered down, which is why they are coma shocked when they taste US sweet.
