Listening to this guy makes me feel like I can get a home right away but the reality is houses he describe Does Not Exist in my Area! Please reply, if anyone of you, got a nice home through his advice.
To my own research In USA, individuals living in cars due to partial homelessness result from a complex interplay of factors. High housing costs relative to income, stagnant wages, and income inequality drive this issue. Job loss, weak social support, medical expenses, evictions, and lack of affordable housing also contribute, while systemic problems and inadequate policies further perpetuate the phenomenon.
Considering the present situation, diversifying by shifting investments from real estate to financial markets or gold is recommended, despite potential future home price drops. Given prevailing mortgage rates and economic uncertainty, this move is prudent, particularly due to stricter mortgage regulations. Seeking advice from a knowledgeable independent financial advisor is advisable for those seeking guidance.
I've remained in touch with a financial analyst since the start of my business. Amid today's dynamic market, the key difficulty is pinpointing the right time to buy or sell when dealing with trending stocks - a seemingly simple task but challenging in reality. My portfolio has grown by more than 5 figures within just a year, and i have entrusted my advisor with the task of determining entry and exit points.
Could you guide me on how to get in touch with your advisor? My funds are being eroded by inflation, and I'm seeking a more lucrative investment strategy to effectively utilize them.
'Lisa Grace Myer is the coach that guides me, you probably might have come across her before I found her through a Newsweek report. She's quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for the information. I conducted my own research on google and your advisor appears to be highly skilled and knowledgeable. I've sent her an email and arranged a phone call.
Are you kidding? Learn something in every episode? False! I am learning A LOT in every episode! This is priceless from the heart knowledge that they would not teach me of in college (sorry, taken from The Police song). Seriously, this is the best real estate learnings I've ever had. I make a checklist of your points into my notebook for the future. Thank you!!
Actually got a property line survey done immediately after I purchased my house. Ended up getting back about 210 sqft back due to a misplaced fencing line by my next door neighbor. Super fortunate that the neighbor was totally understanding and moved the fence himself.
We got a 1950s HUD house, needed a lot of work. We did as much as we could ourselves, contractors did some as well. not cheap but seeing my family warm and happy while building equity has been satisfying compared to paying ridiculous rental prices. Don’t forget buying a ton of tools to do said projects 😂
As he mentioned you will need to work with a realtor to purchase HUD property. Connect with one you like that has worked with HUD properties and they will be able to get you the listings.
two other small points "right aways" ifthey are there you cant block them, this may mean you cant park in your driveway. A friend has this when he looked at the place there was a run down garage on the adjacent property but its door faced his drive way he bought it, while closing they repaired the garage and claimed right away so he was forced to park on the street. the other one is a septic system someone I knew bought a property with a failed system, that was bad enough but the government made him dig up the whole area and have the soil cleaned as they said it was contaminated the new system was 30k but the clean up was close to 40k

I have viewed a house in Florida that uses well water, but Florida has the highest concentration of PFAS (water contamination) in the USA. So, my question is, how do I find out if others house on a block already has city water lines attached to their houses?

1:45 You would think an experienced investor like yourself would have figured out how not to grossly overpay for new roofs and A/C units, but apparently not. $9000 for a new A/C unit? YIKERS!! You wuz robbed!!!
Wayne, thank you for another great video. In the future, would please comment on the town or county the home is located. I always like to look at the neighborhood on Google maps. Thank you and happy new year.
Hey Wayne we are thinking about selling our house. The wife came across these companies (Mark Spain and Open Door Realty). They say they will buy your home without any showings an make a cash offer. What’s your opinion about these deals???
What about the taxes and insurance premiums? Taxes and insurance on homes are going up horrifically! I say that because it is so and there is a whole lot of expenses to upkeep an old home. I know cause i have one and have other problems that one gets when they get older and unforseen events. Sometime you only have to have one health issue that interferes with everything else. Be sure you calculate this into your other regular expenses as many are losing their homes. Always check with the utility companies for the average monthly costs to stay in these homes. More than likely it costs more than what you think. If you are off grid that is one thing, but persons off grid usually live in very small houses. I think they are the truly smart ones. These larger homes cost more to maintain unless you are able to do your own upkeep work on the home. There are other expenses to consider but this is just a start in what true expenses are going to be. Add in your other neccesities like food, car payments, car repairs, other insurace, travel costs, etc. etc. Sad but true living costs are just crazy these days without extras, to own a home is harder than ever to maintain! I love your enthusiasm, sir, but most people ate having a difficult time right now just to live! Job security has not been there for people for many years and it looks like that is not going to change in the affirmative. Times are growing harder, if you have a place to hang your hat you better stay there. Times are getting harder, not easier, think hard before you jump into any big purchases, as the economy is going downhill no matter who is in the White house!
Do you put the deposit to ensure it’s yours, and nobody can come in under you w/ any type of money/better offer and take the house before the deal is made?
@ I have a problem with a home I put a down payment for, and paid payments every month until November . Long story short found out the guy was a fraud in October, he’s only a maintenance man not the home owner, he knew I know his secret ,and kicked me out and now I’m living w/ family! Is there anything I can do to get my money back? I can’t afford a lawyer at all right now & I don’t know what to do or who to talk to about this💔💔💔😭😭😭
@ I also tried to get everything in paper and he would keep making excuses every time I asked. I know 2 other people he’s doing this to ,and I told them (he don’t know they know) and now we all 3 want to sue him but none of us have money for a lawyer is there another route we can go about getting help w/ our money back? He also did tell both of them they have up to a year before they have to leave the premises! And we’re all distraught 😫
Where do we find these homes..i used to be able to find them easily..now it's not as easy..the majority of the houses I've seen are WAY overpriced...where are the properties that need a lot of repairs that are BELOW yhe jacked prices⁉️
Why would anyone dump money into a conventional house these days? I don't understand. I would just take whatever money I had, buy an acre of land and drop one of those modern dome homes on it for $30,000 and call it day and be done with it. Buying one of these homes is a major maintenance pain in the butt.
HUD has gone from helping the less fortunate, to helping themselves become fortunate from those theY once helped. And if any of these people really wanted to help, they'd discover ways to help these people from losing their homes, becoming homeless, especially since now HID, who once helped people in those positions has turned their backs and now serves the new upgraded low income tax bracket community, the next generation of drug addicts and mentally ill, set up to fail to keep this sick cycle thriving. Thieves and criminals are every one of these and those in government. Save yourslves

You would have to request a map from the city but please know the cities also pull water from wells and push it to your home.
@@TheRealWayneTurner Thanks for that important info.

Hi Wayne, I filled out form on your website, not you or your team reached out to me yet.
We will. I apologize for the delay.
These videos are excellent. Do you ever buy a home without paying for the title insurance and insist your buyer purchase one ?
Yes it’s best.
Great home!
Whats a good place to learn about how to research these titles?
Hi Wayne, are these loans ever assumable??
400,000 in material to build that house 🤔, don't think so. Carpenter here..
I would never consider buying homes in Southern states. The mold issues alone is a no thank you for me.
Wet combat boots have to sit in the sun or they get moldy inside the shelter if you don’t dehumidify all of the time.

$280,000
surprised to start seeing some of these... means housing is going to start to dump soon
