Thank you! A small stack of paper got pulled in - I couldn't get it out with my fingers - so I used needle nosed pliers to catch the edge, and pulled it out a few pages at a time. Just sharing in case this helps anyone else.

Hi, José! The orange lock and the tape are not intended to be permanent parts of the printer and are meant to be disposed of when you first set up your PIXMA MG3620. When you close the transport unit, that panel should remain securely shut all by itself. Hope this helps!

It does not solve the actual problem, why when you print both sides the paper in 9 of 10 times is jamped into lever? I think it does not work. PS printer is Pixma MG3600 is the same as MG3620

My MG3620 is jamming all the time...it pulls the paper into itself in a crooked fashion and bunches up every time. I’ve had it for less than a year it gets only occasional use. It shouldn’t be worn out yet.

@@CanonUSA Paper gets stuck often, but more importantly, I use the printer during travel and it's a real hassle connecting it to wi-fi each time I go to a new place. It takes at least half an hour unless somehow I'm doing it wrong. If there is an easier method to connect to wi-fi each new location so that I can print from my iPad, please let me know.
the absolute easiest way to re-associate it with a new Wi-Fi is to just start from scratch by re-installing the software from here: canon.us/mg3620setup that link will recognize the device you're on and take you where you need to go!

Avoid turning it sideways - it can spill ink inside the unit, causing a mess.
