obviously our digestion system is not as good as that when we are young.... but eating just the right amount of comfort food somehow looks better than swallowing a huge amount of high calories because the latter will make you look a bit unwell in the end! So just eat what you want and stop when you feel enough!

My family and I were on vacation a few weeks ago and I had no idea this is where five o donuts was, we passed it and I was ecstatic to realized it was the same one! Had to get the cronut. Definitely lived up to the hype. Love your content!!

you notice how he edits his videos. you never see him actually swallowing the food, like other legit mukbangers. he chews it then spits it out.. the video has a bunch of cuts after he takes the bites.
I edit like this to make the video flow faster. I can easily just play the footage raw but then it is less entertaining

Speaking for myself and probably for many other viewers, there is something entertaining about seeing someone thoroughly enjoying the food from start to finish. I believe now that you don't spit the food out, but it sows doubt in the viewers mind when the video is jumping around. Especially when you're as fit as you are.
