Dunkin has the worst donuts 😂 I used to work there and they are NOT made fresh at all. They get shipped to the store on a truck every morning at like 2am
A guy I know used to work there and he said it came in batter form and he just had to bake it 😂 but right! Nothing’s really fresh about fast food.. everything is literally prepackaged 😭

Can I ask how you feel the day after a cheat day? Do you just feel like your regular self? The few times I've had "cheat days" I've always felt kind of bad afterward; just tired, no energy, like a sugar "hangover". I've also felt really heavy.

I've been so addicted to this channel damn, this is one of the reasons i have cheat days now. I eat 1,500 calories a day as a 5'11 M im down to 132lbs. I now have cheat days where i down 5-10k calories mostly because of this channel. I want some Five-0 Donuts so bad
Hey, I’m similar. 5’10 134. I was 168 and ate 1500 a day for a while with a good amount of cardio and lost weight. Now I have cheat days of up to 3k calories, but want to have bigger cheat days. Reply back to me because I have some questions about how to eat more because I have trouble downing a lot of food.
what you usually do before or after these type of challenges in terms of protein ? do you make up the next day for the lack of protein intake or just go back to your regular diet and dont worry bout that one day?
On normal cheat days, I just go back to normal eating. On big ones like this I’ll do some intermittent fasting and eat a bit less since im not that hungry the following day
I have to come on here to see nick eat sweets, I have diabetes and I love to see others enjoy themselves, but nevertheless do you think it will cause problems in the long run? I get weak just looking at nick eat all those sweets.
