For my partner and I, our first visit to Kusadasi, we found it rather difficult to find good authentic Turkish food. It seemed almost
every restaurant put chips, mash and rice with everything!
Well, the trick (for the most part) is to get away from the tourist spots and the main esplanade and you start getting to better and more authentic food.
And to date, this is still the very best hummus we've ever had (Antipli) simply amazing.

Checked it out, yea, I don't understand what's going on it but I still subscribed! Good stuff Sebastian, the hardest part is starting. You'll get better and better from here on out. I think you'll find you will start thinking of different things to try with everything now. :) One thing to remember is to always think of your viewer and what you think it what they want to see. It's not that easy.
