No no no!! Why do you want to create another concrete jungle like every other city in the world. Learn from their mistakes. Gift city is meant to be green, commute to work, traffic jam free, low levels of traffic noise and air pollution. Limit the towers to 35 stories else you end up doubling the population density and then need to double the width of the roads and double the noise pollution and blah blah blah. Human beings are not ants that we should be crammed into 80story towers. Quality of life matters. You want low density cities with maximum green spaces

There are many cities but I don't think they have the below features even closer to GIFT. Within 5-10 years it's going to be a central financial hub with twin towers and also it's still in a developing stage. There are nearly 600+ entities operating in this small city.
It is a smart city due to the following:-

Integrated township model
Special Economic Zone (SEZ) with tax incentives
Sustainable and eco-friendly development
Smart city features and infrastructure
International Financial Services Center (IFSC)
Futuristic and iconic architecture
Global connectivity through airport and transportation

Focus on livability with residential, educational, and recreational facilities
