Police use of deadly force during hostage situation justified, officials say

Video released on Thursdays shows officers responding to a hostage situation in Taylor Mill. Members of Covington SWAT were the first to enter the home. While most of the scene is blocked, you can hear a woman cry for help. Officials said she was being held at knifepoint by her husband
