Yes it’s live!!! Exo is known for having their mics on and LOUD! There’s even videos of the main vocalists telling the staffs to turn their mics up. You might notice the vocals here are louder and clearer than in the studio version. The “hot guy” is actually the member I thought you’d like most. He has the most deep n husky r&b voice in the group and his personality is really interesting. Definitely one of the most unique kpop idols out there. He’s like a very real and authentic person.

I agree! It bothers me when people dismiss groups for being part of a big company as if the members don't work hard and aren't actually talented. As if they get handed everything because they succeeded in debuting with a big company. And of course, with EXO in particular they were known as being SM's biggest mistake and a flop when they debuted.
Remi the face of the group or the center of the group isn’t always the most popular it’s the person who often appears in the center of the choreography, group photos, album covers, things like that. The job of the face of the group is supposed to represent the group. Other examples would be Jungkook of BTS or JB of GOT7 But sometimes they become the most popular member because they are always in the center

Music Core is live. It's the only show that banned lipsyncing and pre-recorded vocals a few yrs ago if i remember correctly. The a cappella though was recorded as I think it's layered with the instrumentals rather than the vocals.

Yes they sing the harmonies live. They sing everything live except the low manipulated voice and the 2 "don't mess up my tempo" chorus chant. You can search their encore stage for Music Bank where they sing the song using the MR they use to perform and there's a part there were Baekhyun doesn't sing one line so it was obvious it was live. Who's the visual? Considered visuals are Kai and Sehun. Suho is also sometimes added. The have multiple visuals like they have multiple main vocalists which are Chen, Baekhyun and D.O.

I don't know how much of the acapella stuff is actually live. Like to me it seems like the background "dum-dum-dum-dum-dum" is in the music, but I could be wrong. The vocals and harmonies are definitely live though.
I've seen many videos of Baekhyun being angry that his mic isn't loud enough during performances and motioning for it to be turned up.

Yes they sing the harmonies live. They sing everything live except the low manipulated voice and the 2 "don't mess up my tempo" chorus chant. You can search their encore stage for Music Bank where they sing the song using the MR they use to perform and there's a part there were Baekhyun doesn't sing one line so it was obvious it was live.
Who's the visual? Considered visuals are Kai and Sehun. Suho is also sometimes added. The have multiple visuals like they have multiple main vocalists which are Chen, Baekhyun and D.O.
Actually all exo members is the VISUAL.. They called "visual group" in kpop group beacuse of their talented.. But kai is the most talented of his dance and his facial expression when he dance or sing and people said that he was the main visual of exo.. KAI is in 4:26 but the most important thing is EXO is the VISUAL GROUP in kpop.. They are king of everything❤❤❤

well, EXO actually does have one of the best vocal lines in the industry, overshadowed only by another group by SM entertainment called Super Junior.
They're all visuals but the official ones are Suho(leader, vocalist) and Sehun(maknae, lead rapper and lead dancer), I think
In addition to their talents, EXO has become known for being a "Visual Group" meaning that there is no member that the general public or other celebs find lacking in visuals/a visual hole^.^

As per kprofile, visuals are Kai, Sehun, and Channie. But they are from SME, and SME is known for vocals and visuals. Probably the only 3rd gen visual boy group.
MBC Music Core doesn't allow lipsyncs, so yeah, it's live. I think the backup vocals in the "acapella" part is part of the backing track though.
