Milan is very stylish and chic and the cafes were so cute! I adored the time spent there in my studies.. just one advice, please interview people from the streets who are actually italian, they have a more preppy/ chic style than the one who are there just for fashion shows

Thanks for mentioning Ukraine- people often say that we who work in fashion are superficial and I don't agree at all (have been promoting Antwerp designers since 1995 or so), but you can care about the world and look good at the same time, right? My idea for Ukraine (with thanks to my friend Katharine Hamnett) is for everybody to call or mail the politician(s) they voted for the last time around and ask them what they plan to do about the situation in Ukraine- and tell them that if they don't do something positive, you'll vote for someone else next time around. This is our power. If many people do the same thing (and it can be done wherever you live) it will have impact. Praying for Ukraine only goes so far. So let's gooooooooooooo!
