I had one or two of these cameras as a kid. I found for the first few goes my finger kept getting in the way. Though I soon improved. I just got a 70s camera for £2 at the market on Xmas Eve and bought a Lomochrome Purple film online. The camera is called a Plus Sporti and is made in Singapore
The lomo purple looks pretty cool, definitely need to try it out, but that’s one of the main benefits of 110 film the cameras are good and still cheap 😊
110 is awesome!!! Been shooting it since I got my first camera back in 1984 ... it was of coarse a Kodak 110... but those micro 110 cameras like the first one ya had there... are total garbage... light leaks,,, and terrible resolution.... had a few le click branded versions years ago that were just trash....anyway... nice video bud... keep them coming...
I have a camera like the first one you showed with the ninja turtle on it but I’m not sure how to use it I’m just getting into film does anyone know? It’s a Vivitar point n shoot camera. I don’t know how to put film inside
when i as a kid i just had to have one of those small cameras on the keychain. i know i had a few but i doubt i ever got any of that film developed. seems like this was in 86 or so.
So basically 110 cams no battery needed or stuff and all you need is 110 film? I have this Vivitar 110 Point 'n Shoot camera since I was a kid, I thought it was like a cam toy but after I grew up and starts have an interest in photography I realized that cam actually could work! I wanted to try out on my 110 cam but I'm afraid it won't work :(
You don’t need a battery to make it work usually, the batteries usually only make the flash work. You’ll have to check the manual for that specific camera, but for the most part the vivitar cameras are simple
@@AimShootDevelop I think I've lost the manual somewhere when we moved in to a new house. I hope there's a PDF version in Google though, but thanks for the tip! I'll try to put the film in and start shooting 😄
You must have film in the camera. Or move the small metall piece under the frame which will normally go into the hole in the film. This also stop the advance mechanism at the correct spot on the film.
@AimShootDevelop ah it didn't stop it just kept winding off the feed spool into the take up... was expecting it to stop but it didn't haha. I'm hoping the cartridge is light tight anyway so it doesn't really matter?
It’ll only ruin the one exposed film, it transfers from one part of the canister to the other part. If you transfer mid roll it’ll only effect the one image! Hope this helps!
I love 110 film! I love how grainy the images look.
got some 110 to use an a little compact ansco i’m excited. thanks dude
That Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles camera is awesome!
Thanks I can’t wait to show it off in a upcoming video! It imprints a little image of one of the turtles on each frame, very cool!
@@AimShootDevelop would love to see the negatives!

I totally feel you on that one, I have rolls of film I know I shot but never developed as a kid. No better time than the present!

How do u know shutter is working because i tested without film on 3 of the keychain cameras like yours and i didn't see them open

hi! how would u develop the photos taken in 110 film at home? is there a scanner for it? :)
may i know what the keychain camera is called
what the name of your keychain camera ?
thanks now i know
I have a camera similar as your green one, It accidentally fell on the floor and the camera was opened with a film on it, is the film still worth it?
Yes! The film is only exposed one frame at a time, at worst it’ll overexpose just one frame saving the rest of the roll!
I can’t get my camera to auto wind, what do I do?
Once you've shot the roll, do you advance it until the film falls into the takeup spool housing?
Yes! It’ll stop and I believe have XX’s on it
@AimShootDevelop ah it didn't stop it just kept winding off the feed spool into the take up... was expecting it to stop but it didn't haha. I'm hoping the cartridge is light tight anyway so it doesn't really matter?
@@mitchtube3 yeah you should still be good! Both ends are light tight!
hi dumb question right here! is a 110 film also light sensitive like 35mm ones? if i open my back door, would the 110 film be ruined?
It’ll only ruin the one exposed film, it transfers from one part of the canister to the other part. If you transfer mid roll it’ll only effect the one image! Hope this helps!
