I think a lot of people accept this zone as 'the best over Dun Morogh' because it's faction neutral. Personally, I love all winter zones in WoW. Happy New Year! :)
thank you for this amazing video! it feels so cozy, so much like my childhood spent playing WoW during the holidays while it snowed outside, no school, no worries at all, just the seemingly endlessly outstretching world beyond the screen. the melody with the violin here is especially reminiscent of old WoW, it captures perfectly that mystical aura of a forest trapped in snow, so mysterious and nostalgic.

Just started a new job. My second screen hasn't arrived yet, but I can't wait until I can have the video playing on the other screen. For now, I will just keep the sounds playing in the background. It is so good for my work focus.
I can remember dragging guildmates here to kill the demons for the eye of shadow for Benediction. Fortunately, it only took an hour of farming. Never came up here for much else than occasional pvpbut I did do most of the quests and have some good memories. I remember one rogue player that spent countless hours farming for rep for that special mount here. Hello to any old vanilla Shadowmoon players.

Cant remember how long i solo farmed those Elite Drakins for the Blue Scale to craft my Epic Quiver... Kinda funny, how in Vanilla you were more often in late Game Zones farming stuff for an eternity, than in some other Addons (WOTLK provided no reason to leave Dalaran at all...)
Been playing only 4 years, a lot can happen in just 4 years. I was 16 then and I remember running around winterspring for the very first time. Knowing nothing and just taken away with the vibe of the zone. Legion was my first expansion and I didn't know what end game was like. But I woulda stayed subbed just to sit in these classic zones and take naps.

You can still enjoy it, but not with the friends because they moved on with their life. You can enjoy it for the world, for the music, for the art in general. Don't be sad that it's over, be happy that it happend.
@@Meisio ppl take for granted that they can still play, I guess. Sure, it's not the same, but it can still be relaxing if you play it with that in mind and you find similar ppl (well, I do struggle to enjoy it, more than before 2017, because of my escalating inner anxiety and (thoughts about) the world but yh, it's not the game's fault, even tho it is part of the world/affected by it and the greedy shareholders etc). I just hope ppl will realize what matters in life and quit being toxic and way too cynical and selfish in every way. But good luck with not being brainwashed by such mentalities, which are pushed 24/7.

Man I really loved this zone. Everlook was such a fun place in pvp servers. You could not stand ur guard down here.
