I've owned one of these since 2016. Very fuel efficient and reliable, and it's definitely fast accelerating enough to beat most cars off the line. Can't lean into corners as well as you'd like because of very skinny tyres. Storage is great, I can fit a whole weeks worth of shopping under the seat and in the back box. Unfortunately it's very light (about 90kgs), so it's been blown over by the wind a few times. Biggest complaint is its low top speed compared to competitors like the BMW S1000RR and the Kawasaki Ninja H2.
Khushal Dhrochand I agree with all your observations. I still love mine. It’s been excellent. Top tip though... I think your brakes might be sticking slightly. You should easily be able to beat the Ninja H2 and the BMW 👍

Changing from Euro4 to 5 means that the Euro4 ones have to be sold before end of the year. A really good deal! I like the simplicity of the scooter.
The Address is/was a cracking deal even at full price, but if you can get one even cheaper then great. I agree that the white ones look very smart. I hope you enjoy your bike when it arrives 👍

Recently just got a new one of these done 88 miles and so far absolutely loving it!! I have one question regards breaking in the engine, the owners manual says about half throttle for 500 miles then 3 quarter to 1000, I’m a little nervous about, going above 30mph, would you say that’s the sweet spot until I hit 500 or what??
Hiya Daryll. Glad you’re enjoying your Address 110. I didn’t actually buy my bike new, so I’m not able to really comment about breaking it in. There are different schools of thought. Some say take it easy. Some say to give it the beans from day one 🤷🏼♂️ There are actually logical arguments for both schools of thought, but in absence of proper experience I’d say stick to what the manual says. The engine is actually pretty relaxed at about 40mph, so maybe that’s your limit for now 👍
I bought my Address 110 brand new and rode it at speed of about 45 KM/Hr when the sound of engine sounds smooth. Now, it is over 500 KM, I still ride it gently at about 50 KM/Hr which is good enough for me in urban traffic. I do not intend to rev my Address hard because its size of engine got only 110 c.c., never was ment for racing.
Just test road one today. Loved it, so i bought it lol. So light and nimble, easy to manoeuvre through tight gaps, enough power since it is super light. A real no brainer for anyone that has to do a lot of lane filtering/splitting.

Could you make a brakes improvement changing them for more powefull ones? That guess would be a major gain in this bike. And what about the light at night, do you consider it illuminates enough?
All things are possible with enough time, skill, and money. I’ve never really found the brakes to be lacking considering the weight of the bike and the available power. If you had overly powerful brakes, the skinny tyres would just give up their grip and you’d be on your arse. Better to drive to the capabilities of the bike, or get a different bike. As for the light, it’s not fabulous. It’s possible to upgrade the bulb for minimal cost, so that might be worth doing 👍

Hi there, may i know how tall are you? I am interested in this bike but i am 189 cm tall and afraid my knee may touch front cabin when sitting down on it.
Hi Janet. I guess you just have to do the best that you can. Bringing it in to the living room is probably best for the bike, but obviously not ideal haha. So yes a garage would be good if you can find one. I’m in two minds about covers. They keep the rain out but the condensation in, so you don’t really win. My buddy Ciaran built a lean-to type of shelter for his bikes. It keeps the rain off but allows the air to flow around the bike and get rid of condensation. The worst thing you can do is ride in winter and leave the road salt to corrode the bike. If you’ve been riding after they’ve gritted then hose the bike off if you can before you store it away 👍
Always start the engine to idle for at least 5 minutes every week, or running around in neighborhood briefly to exercise the engine for coming spring while exhausting the gasoline in the tank for fresh one.
Eyup Andy. The Townmate is still in bits unfortunately. Life has been really busy this summer. Hoping to get back on it soon, but I’ll have to sell a few bikes first. Can’t even move in the garage at the minute!
I’ve never had a Honda Vision so I can’t compare. I don’t think there’s much in it. I can say that the Suzuki as absolutely brilliant. I’ve had it five years and I still love it 👍
Great video, helped me confirm I'm gonna get one! Gonna buy new and to answer question about stop start I sat on a new one the other day and it doesn't have it. Looks like simple scootering at it's best. I live in Kirklees, not far off Cawthorne at all.
Nice one Joe. Thanks for answering the question about stop/start. Are you going to get yours from Road and Trail just on the Barnsley side of Cawthorne? That’s where I got mine from. They’re good lads. Tony is the man who sorted me out and he’s sound. Give us a shout if you’re riding this way 👍
@@MechitBetter Hey John/Ciarán, I live closer to Padgetts so gonna buy from there. Does road and trial sell gear? I haven't got anything yet and I don't think Padgetts sell gear. A ride out would be awesome. Only did my CBT the other week (I'm 27 not 16 haha) and the only person I know who rides is my mate from work who rides a gsxr 600, I think he'd leave the address for dust!
Road and Trail do sell gear yeah. They don’t have the biggest choice but might be worth a browse. There’s also J&S and ‘Get Geared’ in Leeds. The two shops are right next to each other, and they have loads to pick from. Glad to hear of another person who came relatively late to biking. Ciarán and I only did our CBT’s two or three years ago. I can’t remember exactly when but we were both in our 30’s when we decided to start riding. Anyway, happy to meet up for a ride. There are some brilliant roads around Kirklees to enjoy scootering on. We’re both steady riders, so no worries about us being daft 👍
@@MechitBetter Ah nice one, cheers for the recommendations, I'll check them out. All being well I'll be picking her up at the weekend, can't wait! Once I'm all set I'll drop you a line 👍🏻
Cheers John. 60mph is easy enough, 65mph less so but possible. I’ve never pushed it any further. It’s nippy. Built for traffic light getaways rather than top speed. If you want more top speed, get a bigger bike 👍
I’ve never ridden a Honda Vision, so I can’t really compare the two. The Suzuki is absolutely excellent, but the Honda probably is too. I don’t think you’d have any problems with either. I prefer the aesthetics of the Suzuki, but it’s just personal choice 👍
The bike didn’t come with the pilot as stock, but it was put on the bike before I bought it. Ciarán and I have both had pilots on all our small bikes and they’ve been brilliant. We’ve both been really pleased with them. They’re brilliant for spirited riding 👍
Thanks for the review, plenty of relevant information. Do you know if the Address now complies with Euro 4, linked brakes etc? (I live in East Manchester and often ride in West Yorkshire so I'll keep a look out for you).
monck55 Thanks. I’m glad you liked it. It was the first attempt at a video and I’m sure I missed a whole bunch of stuff! I don’t know if the new Address’ are euro 4 compliant. Mine is a 2015 and doesn’t have ABS or linked brakes. I bought it from Tony at ‘Road and Trails’ which is the Suzuki bikes dealer in Barnsley. He’s a top bloke. I’m sure he’d have the answer for you if you gave him a call. Feel free to give us a shout if you’re headed out to West Yorkshire 👍
It’ll do 60 in average conditions. I wouldn’t fancy doing long stretches of the A2 though, especially if there’s a headwind! I’ve never managed to get less than 115mpg. It did 124mpg loaded up with camping gear. As much as I love this bike, if you really must do the A2 then I’d recommend either a bigger bike or something with manual gears 👍
I totally want one of these but the 9bhp and 113cc is putting me off. My current scoot is a piaggio Liberty 125 so I’m afraid I would be trading down on power. Im really undecided.
Have you ridden one? The Address has 1hp less than the Liberty. However the Liberty weighs 108kg (dry) and the Address is only 97kg (wet), so even with all the oils and fuel it’s significantly lighter than the Liberty. The Liberty is probably 20kg heavier when it’s fuelled and oiled. So that 1hp difference isn’t noticeable. I’d suggest you ride one. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised 👍
You know I double checked after I wrote that and I was surprised about the hp on the Liberty! I’m having engine problems that’s too expensive to fix so am looking for a new scoot. I have been tempted by the Honda sh125i but right now it’s a bit expensive for me. The Suzuki has such a following and good reviews I’ve been seriously looking at it. I think you have finally persuaded me, like you say the 1hp is irrelevant considering the weight difference! Cheers for the reply! :)
Cool beans dude. Go ride one and make up your own mind for sure, but I’ve had mine over a year now and it’s been brilliant. Go check out the owners group on Facebook too. Lots of happy riders. Nobody reporting anything to worry about. A few riders have done mega miles on theirs with nothing other than routine servicing. Amazing really considering the price of these things!
Hey. Mine is something like this, but the exact brand/model is no longer for sale. www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01FQTB2MY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_362TVM5XBRSSGTTGHR6W
Hi! My scooter was 3 years old when I bought it, so I didn’t run it in myself. Do you have the handbook for yours? The breaking in procedure is in there. I can email it to you if not. Let me know where to send it 👍
@@MechitBetter No thank you, that's okay, as I already have one and I'm doing my best to run it in for the naxt 500 miles on half throttle! But I have to say the 35w headlamp is hell of a lot better then that of my old 15 reg honda vision, (not that 2015 is very old or anything) that was like candle power! Okay thank's again. :-)
The factory figures are never realistic, and let’s face it... with a scooter this size you need to push the engine a bit. Your figures are about the same as mine by the looks of it. It’s still plenty economical enough for me 😄
Never measured it. Obviously totally dependent on rider and terrain anyway. I’d say 60mph is easily achievable in normal circumstances. Possibly a bit more going downhill. Less going uphill. More or less what you’d expect for a bike like this
Cheers Paul. I’ve still got the scooter and still love it. It’s been great. I don’t personally have a windscreen, although I’d like one at some point. Some of the folks on the owners group have them and seem to generally like them. They reckon it doesn’t effect the speed much. I seem to recall one chap took his off because it bounced the wind up in to his face. So perhaps it depends how tall you are relative to the screen.
@@MechitBetter no worries, pretty sure I'm gonna get one , hoping to get an address this week , its light weight make it usable for the missus too, liked ya review wasnt the usual bolox when folk over do it
Ah great so most will fit then, i just bought an address as well but am looking for a top case. Thanks for the review it was helpful in making my purchase!
No that hasn’t happened to me. I start it up and let it idle for a moment before setting off. I’ve not had any problems. Has your bike always done that, or has the problem developed recently?
@@MechitBetter the problem happen 2 months after i bought this bike .So if you said that I think problem came from gasoline and fuel filter not from the bike, quality of gasoline in Viet Nam not so stable. Thank you so much and take care 👍👍👍👍
Interesting; I don't think it's a simple answer as it depends on a few things like when you passed your test and what training you've completed. What's your situation? I'll give a couple points to consider but to get the specifics I would start with the .Gov website: www.gov.uk/ride-motorcycle-moped/licences-issued-before-19-january-2013 If you haven't done a specific motorbike test, having "A" on the licence is often given a restriction or limitation to trikes. Usually a code on the back of the licence will confirm it. To ride a scooter (up to 125cc) like the Suzuki Address I think you will most likely need to do the compulsory basic training (CBT) course and then display L plates until you pass the full A bike test. Car driving test passed before 1st February 2001 will allow you to ride a moped - typically capped at 50cc - without taking CBT and therefore not require L's either. Hopefully that at least gives you a starting point to find the info you need. Ride safe ✌️
@@MechitBetter spot on - yes it’s limited to trikes and correct ref 50cc with no CBT or L plates - just a bit crap as you can only get 28mph on a 50cc according to what I’ve read - did a CBT years ago - wanted a small moped to carry on the back of a motorhome so I’ve got something to tour the local areas wherever I’m located - 50cc ok but not great on roads where the limit goes above 30mph
Hi Andreas. I’m 6.2 tall also and I find it comfortable. It is a small scooter but it’s fine for me. If you check out my camping video, you can see how I look in comparison to the bike. ua-cam.com/video/XGD0vP_8HKI/v-deo.html
The seat is poor. 20 miles to arse-ache. In contrast to the Honda Lead 102cc's seat, which never gets uncomforable. Apart from the seat it's a nice scooter.
Richard Spencer I guess it depends on the arse riding it 👍 I’ve done a few longer days on mine now. I’d say I can do about an hour comfortably. After that it’s nice to stretch the legs. I’ve got a sheepskin seat cover for my big bike. It might be a laugh to try it on the scooter!
Thanks for the reply. I have a flyscreen on mine which I got from Webike. It looks fine but now the wind noise is horrendous. Next mod is a tall screen. Also, mine had a recall for “incorrect torque on variator” but my dealer messed up and the variator dropped off as I was riding it home. My top speed is an indicated 60 max, 55 is what it likes. Overall a very good scooter for short range work. Wish it had a clock though, I had to Velcro a Casio on, which does the job. NB: Webike does a magnificent SS exhaust but it’s very expensive.
Darcy Chu My only small complaint is that the saddle could be more comfortable. But it’s a scooter and not designed for long touring rides, so it’s my fault for using it outside of it’s design perimeters. I love it though, it’s a brilliant scooter
Darcy Chu The scooter is perfectly reliable, which is the main thing for touring. The seat comfort is just a question of personal preference and your shape/size. Personally I just find the seat a little uncomfortable over longer distances, but it just means I stop to stretch my legs and take in the scenery more often. I’d say the scooter is fine for touring if you accept that it’s only a scooter and not designed to be a touring bike. Go for it! It’ll be an adventure 👍
I don’t think so. I think maybe Indonesia? I’ll have to check next time I’m with the bike. It’s built really well though. Mines 4 years old now and runs/rides perfectly. No issues, no rattles etc 👍
What I can say is that if you run out of petrol you can walk to garage and buy can of fuel. If you run out of electric you can't just buy a can of electric and carry on
Wonderful little scooter, done 15k on mine from new and apart from serviceable parts it has needed nothing and has been ultra reliable. If you haven’t done so already then please feel free to join my Facebook group “Suzuki address 110 owners group”. Enjoy the little scooter and safe riding.
Hey, thanks for the tip. I'll have a look on facebook. I've been out riding the Address in the Peak District today, and it's been amazing. I love this little scooter! Plenty more Address videos to come! Take it easy :)

Cheesy Cock I think 110 is just an odd capacity. I reckon that’s why there aren’t more around. It’s no good if you’re 16, and anyone older than that is probably looking for a 125. It’s a shame, but hey.. more exclusivity for us I guess! 👍 Do you have any adventures planned this year? Any more Address videos in the making?

Just wondering which one is better: the Address or the Honda Vision? Good video!
I’ve never had a Honda Vision so I can’t compare. I don’t think there’s much in it. I can say that the Suzuki as absolutely brilliant. I’ve had it five years and I still love it 👍
Suzuki Address has more spaces for cups or phones in front of your knees on both sides.
Also, there’s a good Facebook group for Address owners >> facebook.com/groups/1922116438012959/?ref=share
@@MechitBetter Ah nice one, cheers for the recommendations, I'll check them out. All being well I'll be picking her up at the weekend, can't wait! Once I'm all set I'll drop you a line 👍🏻
You need to install Daytona clutch shoes it's made from carbon and Kevlar and got more "meat" on the shoes. So it will accelerate better.
Whats cost one them pal
Great vid man! What is your top speed? Can it go more faster even if my weight is 95kg?
Cheers John. 60mph is easy enough, 65mph less so but possible. I’ve never pushed it any further. It’s nippy. Built for traffic light getaways rather than top speed. If you want more top speed, get a bigger bike 👍
I'm 75 kg and easy do 60 ....dont need to go faster anyways x xx
If you were to compare Suzuki address with Honda Vision which would you prefer?
I’ve never ridden a Honda Vision, so I can’t really compare the two. The Suzuki is absolutely excellent, but the Honda probably is too. I don’t think you’d have any problems with either. I prefer the aesthetics of the Suzuki, but it’s just personal choice 👍
I would choose Suzuki Address 110 for its better price while having two spaces on both sides in front of rider's knees for flasks/bottles and phones.
Did the bike come stock with the michelin pilot street 90/90 14 tire or did you add that yourself? How are the pilot street tires by the way?
Need to take a bike on the A2 to get to work would this cope with being at 60 mph ok ? What's the mpg like when it's ragged ?
Subscribed!
By the way, what engine troubles are you having with the Liberty?
I hope it will come as EL
How much you talking to fill up?
And roughly how many miles on a full tank?
They take 5.2 litres, or about 1.14 imperial gallons. I got 129 mpg on a recent run, which makes just under 150 miles to a tank.
Nice video, thank you!
Thanks 👍
Hi, What kind of phone holder do you have attached? I have an Address and would like to have one
Hey. Mine is something like this, but the exact brand/model is no longer for sale.

thank you!! good video review
Thanks Kevin 👍
How much is the autonomie with this fuel tank capacity?
Hi there! Can you tell me please, did you run in your scooter, and if so how did you do it? Thank you.
So the fuel consumption is about 170 miles per gallon right? tks
It’s around 120mpg on average, so that’s about 51 kp/l I think
@@MechitBetter it supposed to be 147 depends how you ride it i ride my flat out to work so about 130 miles to the tank .
The factory figures are never realistic, and let’s face it... with a scooter this size you need to push the engine a bit. Your figures are about the same as mine by the looks of it. It’s still plenty economical enough for me 😄
what is the speed you get on gps?
Never measured it. Obviously totally dependent on rider and terrain anyway. I’d say 60mph is easily achievable in normal circumstances. Possibly a bit more going downhill. Less going uphill. More or less what you’d expect for a bike like this
Nice music!
Decent no bullshit review, is a windscreen advantageous
Cheers Paul. I’ve still got the scooter and still love it. It’s been great. I don’t personally have a windscreen, although I’d like one at some point. Some of the folks on the owners group have them and seem to generally like them. They reckon it doesn’t effect the speed much. I seem to recall one chap took his off because it bounced the wind up in to his face. So perhaps it depends how tall you are relative to the screen.
@@MechitBetter no worries, pretty sure I'm gonna get one , hoping to get an address this week , its light weight make it usable for the missus too, liked ya review wasnt the usual bolox when folk over do it
Glad it was useful for you. I’m sure you’ll love the Address when you get one. Enjoy 👍
Be any good for delivery work ?
Can’t see why not. It’s light, nimble, quick around town, reliable, and easy to service yourself. Should be great 👍
Whats top speed about 65 mph
Nice good speed and perfect for uber eats
yeah i have box on mine get miles per gallon .
Hey, which topcase did you buy?
Jan tje Mine was on the bike when I bought it second hand. It’s actually a Yamaha case, but I don’t mind. It works well 👍
Ah great so most will fit then, i just bought an address as well but am looking for a top case.
Thanks for the review it was helpful in making my purchase!
Jan tje For sure I think most will fit. All the top cases I’ve seen are pretty universal so long as there’s nothing weird going on with the bike 👍
How did you attach your gps mount? I have a RAM phone mount too.
Jan tje I bought mine from Amazon and it has a bracket that fits between the handlebar mirror mount and the wing mirror itself
Do you get engine stop suddenly after good start ? my Suzuki Adress get the good start but when i roll the throttle then it stop....???
No that hasn’t happened to me. I start it up and let it idle for a moment before setting off. I’ve not had any problems. Has your bike always done that, or has the problem developed recently?
@@MechitBetter the problem happen 2 months after i bought this bike .So if you said that I think problem came from gasoline and fuel filter not from the bike, quality of gasoline in Viet Nam not so stable. Thank you so much and take care 👍👍👍👍
Yes you might well be right! Good luck with your bike 😁👍
Do you need L plates if you have A on your licence - I’m 59 years old
Interesting; I don't think it's a simple answer as it depends on a few things like when you passed your test and what training you've completed. What's your situation?
I'll give a couple points to consider but to get the specifics I would start with the .Gov website: www.gov.uk/ride-motorcycle-moped/licences-issued-before-19-january-2013
If you haven't done a specific motorbike test, having "A" on the licence is often given a restriction or limitation to trikes.
Im 6.2 tall do you think I fit on it?
Hi Andreas. I’m 6.2 tall also and I find it comfortable. It is a small scooter but it’s fine for me. If you check out my camping video, you can see how I look in comparison to the bike.

😀Sehr gute Kameraperspektive. Iike it. I have a blue Address.
Thank you for watching. The blue is a really nice colour 👍
I bought a blue one yesterday. Great bikes.
where is heated throttle?
❤️❤️🙏🙏👍👍
Beautiful country B-road.
Kazoo Takahashi Indeed they are. We’re very lucky to have these on the doorstep 👍
this is how suzuki address long ride :)
ua-cam.com/video/rEES3TBERe0/v-deo.html
NB: Webike does a magnificent SS exhaust but it’s very expensive.
can you change the spoiler ? i was thinking to buy this scooter but the spoiler was not... is it possible to change ?
Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean by the spoiler? Which part are you referring to?
@@MechitBetter the rear handle i mean
@@MechitBetter i love this scooter but it's handle looks kinda odd not like the playful version of indonesia
Oh I see. Sorry but I’m not sure. It’s not something I’ve ever tried to do. I don’t mind the way it looks 😁
Any complaint?
Darcy Chu My only small complaint is that the saddle could be more comfortable. But it’s a scooter and not designed for long touring rides, so it’s my fault for using it outside of it’s design perimeters. I love it though, it’s a brilliant scooter
Mech it Better
Thanks for you information. I am thinking about buying one.
So it is not suitable for long tour unless the seat being thickened.
Mech it Better
Thanks for the information!
Io trovato con 6000 km. Consiglio su acquisto? Forum help me
Mi dispiace. non capisco l'italiano!
This cheaper to insurance than 125cc
I doubt there’s much in it to be fair 🤷🏼♂️
Hi this scooter made in Japan?
I don’t think so. I think maybe Indonesia? I’ll have to check next time I’m with the bike. It’s built really well though. Mines 4 years old now and runs/rides perfectly. No issues, no rattles etc 👍
Made from Indonesia
Made in indonesia 😍
Just put a deposit on one
Happy days! Enjoy it 👍😁
It would have taken months to get on so I bought a Suzuki address 110cc instead
I haven't seen it sorry
What I can say is that if you run out of petrol you can walk to garage and buy can of fuel. If you run out of electric you can't just buy a can of electric and carry on
honda vision copy
Yes, the specs of those two bikes are nearly identical.
Mech it Better I always wonder why I don't see more of these on the road, they are so underrated, I live in the Welsh countryside and that's where it is at its best but have also been round Ireland on it and from South West Wales to Manchester a few times, I shall look forward to more of your videos, all the best.
