I also talk to my husband all the time. Before we got married we wrote letters to each other. I came across the letters he had written to me. I had forgotten all about them and when I came across them it brought me to my knees. It was such a gift. The most amazing gift was coming across the letters I had written to him. 40 years together and I had never seen them and didn’t know he had kept them. I bawled like a baby reading through all these letters. All the love and promises we had given each other. One day when I’m gone my boys can read these letters and know how much we loved each other.
