As someone who never played Luigi's Mansion 2, I'm very interested in checking it out on the Switch!
If u own a 3Ds I rather pay 32$ it's still on the go than pay 50$ for a 11 year old game...
This game is gonna be super disappointing. Just play Mansion 3.
I've played all 3 Luigi's Mansions. I like all 3 equally. Even the second one is great because it has all of the different types of Mansions. Each one has a different theme.
Still wishing Samus Returns comes to Switch.
At this rate, it feels like we might have to wait for the Switch's successor for that. However, we do have a full-length Direct this month, so anything can happen. I won't cross my fingers, but I also won't complain if it happens.
The PlayStation 3 Rocket Knight game was soo good. Im definitely getting this collection.

I'm excited for Luigi's Mansion 2 HD. The original was one of my first 3DS games, so it's very nostalgic. I'm looking forward to replaying it

I have been playing Dicefolk on Steam, and I can safely say that it is so amazing. I highly recommend it.

The only game here I’m getting is Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD. Well, there’s also SMTV Vegeance, but I’m getting that on PS5 instead since I already have the first game on Switch. Summer is looking pretty barren for the Switch thus far, and so I’m hoping that the Fall will have a bit more heavy hitters.

I will be picking up Luigi’s Mansion 2. Even though I own it for the 3DS, I didn’t get far into the game when it first came out, I did play it again a couple years ago and got a little further in, but never came close to finishing it so I am looking forward on finishing it on the Switch. I did finish 3 on the Switch and the first one.

I highly recommended it. Its gorgeous and the possession mechanics allow for really fun traversal if you learn to get clever. Like throwing an object and possesing it mid air.
Also flinging yourself from palm trees never gets old.
SMT V Vengeance is the only game thats got my attention this month and im getting it on Xbox anyway lol
Small error in the LGM2 section: Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition is the last game we know of Nintendo will be releasing this year, not LGM2.

I'm happy if you're looking forward to anything, for me there's nothing on the horizon that will open my wallet. Really feels like the days where the Vita and 3DS had crumbs, and tons of interactive horny novels. The Vita shop was flooded with those near the end. It's like a closing down omen for digital game shops lol. The company doesn't care anymore so sure add all the text/puzzle based waifu games.
I noticed this as well lately.
I like Spy X Family, so I'll probably buy the game which looks great. And yes, "like" and not "love" because the Fiona arc was so bad made me quit the manga. But before that? 10/10

Spy x Family is a great anime. I would recommend it to anyone that have young children and enjoy a bit of action too.
I dunno. Buying dark moon on switch when you can play it on 3ds with moderate graphics is kind of a money waste in case you have a 3ds. I'd understand if the jump were from ps1/n64 era to switch, thad'd be bonkers.
But hey, not everyone has a 3ds or played dark moon before. Just saying it all from a perspective of a 3ds owner. Sure there might be additional content but is it really worth it?

I guess it’s a dry spell for me now. Got a handful of cool releases over the last year though. Both Mario RPG’s, and Mario Wonder being the only three I can think of at the moment. Lol.
Depending on the gameplay reviews of Luigi’s Mansion, I may pick that up. I’m not a fan of the mission task style gameplay of the 3DS releases
What about Metroid Prime 4? That’s still coming and was listed as an upcoming game at their last investors meeting.
There might be news about Metroid 4 in this month's Direct.

Unfortunately, given the brand's recent acquisition by IGN, I do not feel that I can trust major head portion of the company anymore. Not that I cannot trust you specifically, but I do not trust that IGN will not eventually terminate this channel and it's website or twist it into something unrecognizable.

If Felix goes into SMT V expecting a story to be like P5 Royal, he will be sorely disappointed. the story in the og SMT V was mediocre at best. The gameplay was solid, but the story sucked ass. I just don't see how Vengence will be able to improve the story???? They'd essentially have to re-write most of the script to make it better. But another issue with the og SMT V, is that there was barely a story to begin with. But I'm not gonna drop another $60 to play Vengence, because all in all, SMT V just wasn't that good of a game? the gameplay, combat, and ost were the only saving grace to it, but there are so many better JRPGs out there. I'm so salty that I played the "incomplete" version of SMT V too, like I seriously feel like I got scammed having wasted my time playing the og version.
I really wanted to like Tchia, but the urban environments are bland and seem unfinished.

Monster Hunter Stories 1 is actually quite fun and the fact that it FINALLY has the previously japan exclusive updates is pretty nice. Especially with the 3ds servers having been terminated earlier this year.

After may 2024 what was a great month for gaming on Nintendo Switch with games Animal Well, Little Kitty, Big City, Duck Detective: The Secret Salami, Biomutant and defienitily Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door HD Remake what I have Duck Detective: The Secret Salami and i'm going to buy Paper Mario TTYD HD Remake just right now today. There's no much exciting games coming for Switch in June 2024, but there's coming a BIG Nintendo Direct in this June and here's games what i'm excited for: Luigi's Mansion 2, Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble, Star Wars Hunters, Monster Hunter Stories 1 what I have on the 3DS, but I will buy and play it on the Switch too, and TMNT Splintered Fate! Because of an Apple Arcade game TMNT Splintered Fate is coming for Nintendo Switch, I hope and want to believe Sonic Dream Team is coming for Switch too, can't wait i'm so hyped for the Upcoming Nintendo Direct!
