Been a fan of his since 1973 when i first heard GONG. Steve's only underrated to those that haven't heard him before. I must say as a guitarist myself i never much cared for Steinberger's, but they do sound good i just would rather hear Steve's old Les Paul & SG & his Strat. Seen many a great guitar player in my days but he's one i would love the chance to see but all i have are old Gong & Hillage albums & his DVD from The Rockplast which is awesome as hell. He may have lost a bit of hair, but he's lost nothing else & he's still one of the best in the biz. Hilarious T shirt & he is the real Astro Boy.🛸🎸🎶
