      Thank you! Grove Hamlet is a great neighbourhood.
      I (Marc) have never lived there but I did spend quite a bit of time there back in my high school days.
      I promise we didn’t cause any trouble 🙂.

    how did it end up on my recommendation? Any reason someone would want to move to Moncton? Looks like another dull bedroom community. This is the type of a neighborhood kids can't wait to get out of the moment they are done with high school.

    So, what is the average price for fully detached homes in Grove Hamlet? And, are the 3 neighbourhoods that you mentioned mainly Anglophone, Francophone or mixture of the two?

      Ah yes, I think we forgot to mention the average price of a detached home in Grove Hamlet!
      In the last year it was just under $549,000.
      All 3 neighbourhoods have a good mix of Anglophone and Francophone. Overall, Moncton has a split of approximately 65% Anglophone, and 35% Francophone and the community of Harrisville would be very similar. Hope that helps!
