Two unsolicited pro tips. 1) B-Roll. UA-cam is SHOW and tell platform so when you tell about "great stuff" you guys have it would be really nice to see some b roll footage. 2) Control your sighs. When you have King Kong sized sigh I know that problem is bigger then your "fluffed up" presentation.

Hi! You can absolutely have a boy and a girl share a room. That is your call as a parent. You may have to broaden your search or be willing to adjust what you'd like your rental to have, but there are landlords who will accept pets. We've encountered many cats while showing properties to investors, so they are out there. Good luck!

If you want to buy a property for living with your family, if you’re English speaking Moncton North would be the best area. I am an immigrant and I would recommend not to use immigrant realtors, me and fellow immigrant friends had bad experiences with them. They force you to offer more for the property so that they can get more commission, they force you to write an offer according to their convenience like closing early so that you will be forced to get inspections and bank financing from their friends. Most of them don’t have any idea about economy or building structures, neighborhoods, Canadian culture or values. Most of them used to do Uber before getting license or fresh graduates who have no experience in real estate. Most of them took realtor license during COVID time because they saw opportunity to make money without experience and by using immigrants to buy/sell houses. I would recommend to use local realtors, most of them are honest and have extensive knowledge about housing and neighbourhoods because they are born and bought up here and have been practicing real estate for a long time.

Thank you for going over all the cons of NB. I'm moving with my partner there in less than a month to join his family. We are very worried about healthcare as he has some minor reoccurring health issues, but it's been difficult for him to get anything done about it in Ontario anyway. His parents who are hitting retirement age don't seem worried so I assume they have some sort of plan in mind with dealing with healthcare stuff.... Also in regards to homelessness and crime, when we went to visit Moncton to look at houses 2 months ago, honestly compared to what we had to deal with in our home city in Ontario...it was pretty minor. BUT I can understand for people who have lived here their whole lives how jarring of a change it would have been to see the increase of problems. My partner and I both realize we are in very privileged positions to be able to move to your lovely city with decent paying WFH jobs that allow us to be able to afford a house(Housing prices in or current town in Ontario are double!). We hope once we move and try to integrate into the community that we will be welcomed and make some live-long friendships. <3

We have been told by a few clients who have moved here from Ont. that they expected to see more of it based on our videos, so perhaps you are right. Being longtime residents, we've seen it grow. I'm sure you will be very welcomed in the community :) Good luck!

Unless I missed it, but you didn't mention that Moncton is a bilingual city and you should know that moving from out of province. If you are looking at the job market, it's not going to be easy - though not impossible - to find a good paying job if you are not bilingual. Of course, it's going to depend a lot on where in the city you live and what types of jobs you're looking for, but I think you really need some French in order to live well in Moncton. I'd be interested if readers agree or disagree?

I was born in Moncton. I was educated here right up to my undergraduate degree. I have worked here all my life. I am as bilingual as can be indeed among the most proficient in Canada. It’s a myth that you need to be bilingual in most work environments in this city. It’s just not true. Of course you need two languages if you intend to be a powerful sales rep. or a healthcare worker in the French language Dumont University Hospital Centre (although any and all patients are easily cared for in English at Dumont) . The Moncton Hospital operates mainly in English. A lot of folks will complain about language when their real problem is attitude and qualifications. A lot of scapegoating but other than that Monctonians are super friendly, super accommodating and language is rarely a barrier to health, happiness and succe$$. By and large, the English language is spoken EVERYWHERE and the French remain the pillars of accommodation and acquiescence. Not to worry. Et bien ….voilà! 😉👍🇨🇦

We don't always have a chance to include everything we'd like to in each video, but we do talk about Royal Oaks in one of our other videos ( ua-cam.com/video/p-Gj5q9C72E/v-deo.html ). Thanks for watching.

@@deniseandmarc_realtors yah I get that. Just find it weird you mention the other golf course and nature park when there’s another golf course right across nature park. I get that maybe your focus was anything past Moncton High School but nature park is before that which is why I noticed.

Oh def gonna check this place out once I move out there this fall! Also 60 bucks for your food in a tourist spot sounds cheaper than I expected tbh! I was gonna guess $80 ! 😅
